Wonderful service

Service was terrible - on line order was not ready until 40 minutes after time stated on order confirmation and the people working the to go table were totally incompetent. Manager was rude in what was perhaps her version of an apology...

I d rather make a tuna sandwich next time...

I'm here now and I waited 5 mins at the door and nobody greeted us and we seen zero bartenders and seen two waitresses and received zero service after waiting I vote that money will decline soon if this service keeps up

Excellent service, friendly attentive staff unlike BW3.. If I'm I'm the mood for wings, I'll choose this over the poor service other place, which is constant at all the locations.
Outside looks like a prison but once you walk inside it's another amazing world with televisions strategically placed in every possibly viewing angle.

One person in our party ordered a burger that was cooked med-rare. She didn't eat it or complain. When they were clearing our food the server noticed it and came to our table with a manager apologizing. Gave us $20 off our bill. THAT IS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and is what the places around here in this new development are lacking..

I realize they just opened a few weeks ago but it does not excuse the mediocre food and service. I was with a few friends and they all ordered beers but since I was driving I just ordered a water. Our server brought ending up bring everyone, including me, a beer. We kindly let him know I did not order one but I said I would take it anyways since he already poured it, and I gave it to a friend. Our appetizers took a good thirty minutes to come out because the kitchen was behind and our food took well over an hour. In total we were there for over two hours, and again I understand it is a new place so I understand that they have problems with timing, but management should have acknowledged these issues and at least apologized.

Erik provided us with great service. The food was excellent and Erik did a great job of taking care of us. He is definitely the best server that we have experienced at this location in months. I hope he receives the recognition that he deserves and continues to give us a reason to keep coming back.

Ordered wayy too much food. Absolutely incredible everything. The best onion rings I've ever had. We got the pretzel bites, dude, they were incredible. Buffalo chicken nachos were already one of my favorite foods but now this places nachos are my favorite. Haven't been able to get too far into the quesadilla and burger but it's all been fantastic. 10/10

Food is incredible, they don't hold back with the sauce on your wings unlike another big name wing chain... Great deals on Tuesday with 70 cent wings and Wednesday with $1.20 chicken tenders that are BIG. Customer service is off the chart. Great place to hang with friends and catch a game.

Wings were great and service was friendly. The waitress's name was Aubree and she made us feel like we were at home. 10/10 would recommend.

I have a lot of family members with allergies, or special dietary restrictions, and one thing we can usually count on to eat is chicken. Now a days when you go out to eat everything seems to be artificial, fried, breaded, or generally unhealthy, but I have to say that Buffalo Wings and Rings is an affordable meal with a variety of good quality food.

Don't get me wrong, it's not a health food place, and it's definitely a sports bar, but just about everything besides the ranch dressing is made in house, and they know every ingredient in each dish. And this can be an absolute blessing for people looking for an affordable meal out when they have to watch their diet.

Some of the best service and food I ve had!! The manger, Adam, is one of the best mangers I ve had the pleasure of meeting. You can tell he really cares about what he does and enjoys it.

Food took a little longer than I thought it would. fries are ok.

The staff is blah! You tell them your order but somehow end up with something totally different. Mistakes will happen however, apologize and accommodate to make things right so that you don't lose a customer for good

The staff was very friendly. The wings didn't have enough sauce on them. Will come back to see if better.

Never order take out from this place, you'll waste your life away waiting for just alright food

Only problem this time was the medium rare BBQ bacon cheeseburger we received. We ordered well done. I showed the server and he said yes I see that. Then walked away. Comping a side of wedges or something would have been nice... We eat here a lot and love the spacious dining room.. Not the best customer service this time...

Really good boneless wings! Service was good , prob rate it higher than BW3's.

After 1pm on a Sunday and they did not have tvs set to football. Only 1 game. Told me they would turn on a game, then ordered. After I ordered they told me tvs were messed up. Too many other options nearby so I left. Wish I would have known before I wasted a beer. How do you not have tvs set up for gameday when you were probably food prepping 3 hours earlier?

We got take out because we were at the hotel across the street. The burgers were burnt we didn't get any condiments. The 2 girls up front were rude and wouldn't answer my questions. Had multiple drinks and wouldn't give me a drink carrier.

I've always loved BWR and I'm happy that they've opened this new location! Parking can sometimes be an issue with the theater. I also dislike that the building butts up right to the road.

The food is very delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is speedy and courteous. I'll definitely be back to get my wings!

This store is one of the cleanest and friendliest locations I ve been to. The manager, Jorge, is awesome! He so easy to work with. I met with him on doing a fundraising event and he eagerly jumped on board. He helped us get flyers created for the fundraiser and promoted it on their social media. We were able to raise a couple hundred dollars through in store raffles and a Dine & Donate night. Thank you Jorge!

We love Buffalo Wings and Rings. They have the best boneless wings of any place around. The pretzel bites are also amazing. 4 stars cause you charge for an extra side of ranch and that's janky.

Took forever to get served, people literally walked past us for like 10 minutes as if we were invisible. If I wanted this level of service I would have gone to IHOP..

The flavors of wings are unique. The best bleu cheese ever! They service is nice depending on the time of day, if it's busy good luck!

These chicken chunks are great! Some of the juiciest chunks I've had! Plenty of TVs and a good atmosphere make for a great place to watch the big game or just have a good plate of wings with friends and family! The place does fill up quick so you may want to get there early or you may wait a bit! They do have a good amount of seating but it's such a good place it fills up quick!

Newer location so ratings will be low. Slow response time, but nevertheless, great service.

It gets a 2 star due to the team work here definitely needs work. We were interrupted several times during our meal due to issues with other tables. We ordered salads, and unnamed friend ordered wings. The wings we were told 2-3 times had to be redone and that s why they were taking so long. Friend likes to put her wings in her salad but by the time we received the wings her salad was nearly gone, mine was gone. No pecans in my chicken pecan salad. Took forever to get refills, extra sauce, change. So long we didn t even get to place a to-go order bc we were just ready to-go. This is especially sad bc we work so close and it s convenient but unfortunately I don t think that s enough for me to keep coming.

First time visit. Food was amazing! Our waitress was super friendly. Made us feel like we were her friend. Will definitely return soon.

It's all good and think the place is very cool but there was an issue. I havent had meat in years and ordered the tater tots with no bacon. The server did not know the bacon was in the middle and ate 2 before I noticed.... All fine but couldn't go over 2 stars. Thanks for reaching out.

Came here for a meeting with my colleagues. The service was terrible, my food was cold, and they over charged me for my meal...Do not come to this location.

Love this place I come here all the time with my spouse. They are fast and friendly and the food is always good.

Very big inside with plenty of seating even during the pandemic. Lots of big TVs for sports as well so great for football Saturday/Sunday! Very friendly staff my waiter Quinn was very attentive friendly good looking and courteous. Wings were very tasty and fully sauced. Only real complaint was only getting a small cup of ranch and 3 small pieces of celery with my wings. Will definitely go back!

Got to dig a place where you can get all the traditional sauces and decide the level of spicy on those sauces. So I was able to get sweet Thai chili and then wrap it up two extra hot. Wings were cooked perfectly it was a wing special Tuesday. Wings were discounted. I got onion rings crispy and not too thick. They come with a spicy ranch. But I really like the Thai chili and dipped in that. No-frills dining room with a bar area. Low-key music and very friendly service. I will return.

After having several door dash fails from similar wing places, Buffalo Wings and Rings hit it out of the park. Pandemics are tough, but not getting your correct order makes it way worse. Thanks for restoring my faith in humanity, can t wait for my next wing order.

Great vegetarian options for a great price. Highly recommend the cauliflower wings.

I usually get the fish meal. This time the fish was half it's regular size and fries where old last minute crumbs.

First time here I order the wings they were great . Son order wings and ring both was great. My daughter food on the other hand was nasty. The grill cheese had a terrible taste like burnt grease and the fries were undercooked. Service was great. Will try again.

Bad service ! My food was not what i wanted at all ! Manger told me ill have to bring it back to get re made instead of refund and i was no where near by ! I will never go back

Not a bad stop for wings. The parmesan cheese fries are really good. They do their sauce a bit strange, where you choose the sauce flavor and then the spice level, which they kick up with hot sauce. Some of the sauces that are listed as sweet cant really be kicked up (I ordered medium and they had now spice), but the other flavors you can definitely get with a decent kick.

Service is kind of hit or miss here depending on which server you get, but overall it is acceptable for the group size we usually roll in with.

Good lunch today. Buffalo chicken club and potato wedges. Dine in had plenty of room, but things are just that way now with covid. Everything was clean, all had on mask/etc as needed. Good was excellent and portion size was large. Couldn't have been any happier. Server checked up on me regularly and I gave a good tip. Keep it up.

Ordered through door dash. They packed my salad on top of hot chicken, so I had a warm Caesar salad.
The tenders were super stringy and barbeque sauce is... Weird.
Probably wouldn't reorder it. Potato wedges were bomb, but those are hard to screw up. It's just fried potato.

After once a week for 13 years going to B-Dubs we are now switching after our experience here. The people are nice and very accommodating. Great service and the jalapeno sauce they have here is off the hook!

I love this place. But if you have kids you better save up your quarters! The claw machines are a little bit of a rip off. My son spent $20 in quarters and couldn t get a toy out of the claw. But the service is great and so is the food!!!
