Buffalo Wings & Rings Review

My first time visiting this place and I absolutely loved it. We walked in and was immediately greeted by the bartender who ended up being our server. He was pretty awesome, he had a great personality, always checked on us and made sure we had what we needed and never waited on a beer, all while he was tending bar. Not to mention the food was delicious. I wish I would've caught his name, but when I do go back, I'll be making sure he is my server again.

Food was excellent service spot on!!! Will return soon

Didn't have to wait long even though the place was busy. Food was alright. The wings were better than the burger.

Had a surprisingly healthy meal of grilled chicken fingers (huge pieces, by the way) tossed in hot buffalo sauce, with celery and blue cheese sauce on the side. Their blue cheese dressing is some of the best I've ever had. Lots of menu options, big takeout business.

The person that waited on me really was very helpful. He recommented that I download the app and talked me thru it.

Pretty disappointed. Had high expectations, given the area and newness of the location. The menu is nowhere as expensive as BW3's. Drink specials are basically not existent. Parking is horrible; and the bartender that night was, in my opinion, quite arrogant and unhelpful.

I ordered garlic parmesan traditional wings and some mozzarella sticks, to-go. The other people I was with got 2 burgers. After the 45 minute wait at 11:30 pm we finally got our food. When we got home we realized I didn't have any wings. I called they said to come up there to get my order the next day. I might not ever go back there again the burgers were cold the wings were soggy. The only thing they have going for them was the mozzarella sticks which were hot, and the only reason I gave them 2 stars rather than a 1.

Bartender was very friendly and offered drinks and food although we just came to watch some of the game and have a beer until our movie time.

I tried different location, and I can say that this one has the best food. However, the server was a 2 stars.

The BEST WINGS I have ever had, flavorful, huge variety of sauces, and even my child loves them. The side choices are the bomb too

Great experience EVERY TIME with how this location operates! I have now catered twice with this location & plan to keep it an office tradition. My staff was so pleased with the service & the food was amazing!!
Jorge is trustworthy and quick respond if you have any questions. The professionalism, expertise and excellent service by Jorge made my catering experience comfortable and pleasant. 5 STARS to him! I highly recommend this location for catering needs ESPECIALLY thru the holidays !

Kaylie B. Our server was delightful. wow. Our family of 4 did not know what to order, we asked Kaylie and she said she's eats everything off the menu once and week and theres nothing she wouldn't recommend. Service was fast and speedy. Food arrived and Kaylie sampled each plate to make sure it was " just as she remembered " we are thankful that our family was taken care of. We tipped 5% for a great meal and best service.

My family and I were disappointed in our waiter food and the men s restroom. For starters our waiter was very nice polite and friendly. After that I can t say anything more positive. The appetizer took forever (which was only the parmesan fries). 40 mins later for wings corn dogs and chicken salad it came. Kinda give a perspective on time frame we were seated at 6:20 and didn t leave till 8:00.
While being served our meal the waiter dipped his finger in my blue cheese (accidentally). However he still served me the blue cheese with my meal, he tried to hide his hand. Totally disgusting!!! He was sweating badly on his forehead which was nasty when bending over to serve us. I hope nothing got into our food.

The men s restroom was horrible.. piss all over the floor , toilet paper all over the floor around the toilet and the urinals.. there was no soap in any dispenser it was nasty. I thought about posting a picture because it was so unbelievable.
I would not recommend this place.

Cleaner, more options, and better staff than other local wing options. Service can be on the slower side, but again better than the other options. Food is good with a variety of choices and options beyond wings.

Went here last night with the family and was very disappointed in the services. We were never checked on we had to ask for multiple things such as silver Ware are drink refills ketchup and when the for was brought out our waitress grabbed the wrong salad and she took it back and we waited at least 15 mind for the right salad which is crazy the place wasnt even busy. And our server wasnt even the one to bring things we needed we were having to ask the other staff that was around. Definitely was a waste of $80 dollars...I wish I could have tipped the cooks instead because that was the only thing that was good was the food! I'm very disappointed!

Tv's everywhere. Open and bright. Family friendly. Decent food. Can't complain.

Jorge and Adam are Excellent! I have partnered with them to do large delivery / catering orders over the last 3 months. They have been on-time, accurate, and very friendly to work with. I highly recommend them. They worked closely with me about options and items to select from in a very friendly and professional way. They made my job very easy and were a complete pleasure to partner with. They are both EXCELLENT!

Wings are decent. They were already room temperature when I picked them up but they're pretty generous with sauce. And that I appreciate.

Food was good once we finally got it. Service was very slow. 55 minutes from ordering to when we received the food. Once we got it, half the plates were cold as ice. That was fixed very quickly. One of the people from our party of 7 had to go find the waiter to take our order. The place wasn't busy, and we could see the wait staff congregating every so often just standing there. To be fair, the main, issue could have been in the kitchen.

Went with my wife and son around 6pm on a Saturday, wasn't busy and we were seated at a table by the door. Politely asked if we could sit somewhere else as there were plenty of open tables -- the hostess seemed annoyed but seated us at another table (also by the door but oh well). During the next 10 minutes 3 servers walked by our table and multiple servers looked over at us, but none came over to even ask if we had been helped. Taking this as a sign of the level of service we could expect, we decided to leave. When we told the hostess why we were leaving she smiled and said 'Okay!' and didn't apologize or seem to care whatsoever.

Love this new location. The food was great. The beer was cold. This new location will save me driving to Crest View Hills. Parking was easy also.

They have the best wings in town !! The BBQ sauce is absolutely delicious !!!

Michael #178 was awesome. He came from Bmore to attend Xavier and today was his second day. We were really impress and thinks he has a bright future ahead. Ask for Michael to get genuine great service.

Mozzarella cheese sticks great, but marinara bland. Chicken wings good. Wings were juicy with some parts hard to chew because it was exposed to the deep fryer and not breaded properly. I didn't realize this until I was a 3rd of way through my meal. Sadly the chicken didn't have much of a flavor to it and neither did the breading.

Sweet BBQ, that was suggested by staff, was bland. It just wasn't sweet or taste liked a BBQ sauce. I was just a bit surprised that for restaurant who seems to take a lot of interest in different flavors and heat levels, that it would turn out to be so bland.

Tea was excellent. Wait staff are super, sweet, and on point. Their knowledge of their own brand was amazing and interesting to hear. This was my 1st visit & choosing a menu item was a bit overwhelming. I'll try a burger next time. I hope this can help you and your company to grow.

I come here quite often due to the TV game they have and the abundance of two hearted on tap(usually). you have to ask them to put on relevant sporting events but, that s neither here nor there..
I sit at the bar every single time I come here. I m here at least 2x a week. Bar service is great- for drinks. They ask if you want a menu and then you ll never see them again. I have been currently sitting here for 30 min- no one has come and asked if I wanted to order. Catch- party of 4 next me- bartender took their order immediately and didn t even acknowledge me.
What a sad establishment...

We were seated and at first had no service. Erik Webb, a server who wasn t even assigned to our area, noticed we hadn t had any service at all. He apologized and I insisted on him being our server. I have zero regrets for that. He was warm and welcoming, funny, and on top of it with everything we ordered. We ll come back because of Erik.

Best wings great rings and they have great ranch and blue cheese.

A cap full of bleach and hot water will remove the staining on these drink cups for sure. Little industry tip for the team here.

While on a recent business trip, we went to Buffalo Wings and Rings for lunch. There was an issue with one order but it was busy and these things happen. The manager Adam was top notch and fixed it promptly. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding.

Came in recently to be served by Kaylyn! She was so attentive and made great recommendations. The food came out perfect and I will be back to see Kaylyn!

We placed an order that was over $100 through door dash and only received half of the order. We paid for door dash to deliver an order that we had to drive 20 minutes to pick up! The Dasher claimed they asked the employee if that was the whole order and they said yes. The manager only offered to remake the food that was not given to the door dasher so it was warm when we got there! When we picked up the baskets of sides they were barely enough to feed one person! So we drove home to rewarmed food and having to rewarm the same food we just picked up. We typically love to go to Wings and Rings but this was extremely disappointing. At least door dash gave us a small credit which was greatly appreciated.

Very disappointed. I order to go from this location often. The last two times in picking up my food my order has been wrong, this last time topped the cake. I came to pick up my food and half of my order wasn't there. So the other half of the order I had, got cold. That sucked. All I got was sorry. While I waited another 15 minutes for 15 wings. Will definitely not be placing to go orders any more. Disappointed I wasn't even offered a drink while I waited or anything.

Burgers in overcook and had a greasy buttery taste to it

I hope to be able to change this rating. I've ate here before and it wasn't the dumpster fire that it was this Monday. This was the quintessential disfunctional restaurant this last visit. No one greeted us at the door for about 2 minutes. No one greeted us at the table for at least 5 minutes. Put an app in as we figured out the rest of our order. About 15 minutes or longer later or server brings our app out w profuse apologies for how long it took. We'd been ready to order for at least 10 minutes would've ordered drinks if given a drink list. Food took 50 minutes wings had obviously been sitting under the heart lamp for about 15 minutes as there was a nice filmy layer over top and the wings had lost all crispness. No manager in site (because they where helping in the kitchen, can't blame them, put the biggest fire out first) again there was an apology from the server. I'm not fishing for comps , I've been to this location before and had a good experience. If that's what has become of this place or franchise it won't be there long. There where enough service members on to at least talk to the guests but everyone but there bartender walked around intentionally avoiding eye contact. I suspect corporate is partly to blame watching labor in a location that is less then half full for Monday night football. I write this only because I want you to succeed and this one sample size is not good. I hope it was an aberration, but judging from the feel it is not. Really should be 1 star but my other visits pulled it up

Amazing food clean bathrooms clean place like totally everything you can get there is good the service is also wonderful here go here a lot and I've had the same good things happen every time

I brought my family last night, the first issue I had was, I ordered all wings all drums. The server brought out flats and drums. When I told the server about it I said I wanted all drums she told me ok and never fixed it he issue. The second issue is I ordered lemon pepper and there was lemon pepper in the bottom of the bowl but not stuck on the wings. The third issue while I understand its a place that is loud and has sports it still should be a family atmosphere. There was a group of about y men who towards the end of our visit became very loud yelling and cussing at the t.v. as it seems like alcohol may have been a part of the issue it is not ok to be overly obnoxious and for no one from the staff to remind the gentleman to keep there choice of words in better standing because it's a family atmosphere. I hope these issues will not go ignored. I have been in Cincinnati for 2 yrs now it was my first time to your establishment

Absolutely terrible!!! With aprox 8 people in the place, we could not get waited on SITTING AT THE BAR!!! For a place that has to be hurting due to Covid 19, one would assume they would really take care of the few people that come in......well not here!!! We walked out, went to their competitor down the road and had absolutely amazing service. We will never go back to this location and will do everything i can to warn friends and family to not waste their time here!!!

I had my baby with me tonight so I tried to place a to go order. I was left on hold 13 minutes, the drive from where I was, then I stood in the carry out section for 5 minutes with someone only saying hello to me. I left with no wings.

Definitely better than Wingstop. Arguably better than Buffalo Wild wings. I'm not too sure about that yet so don't quote me. The chicken options are great and the sauces are tasty. The waitress and waiters are very accommodating and try their best to make your experience a good one.

The service and food was on point! This place is definitely my spot for wings and more in the city

We had a problem with the food tasting weird and our waiter was so polite and handled it very respectfully and professionally.

Please have current beer list available rather than waiting for server to handwrite a list that they can't leave at the table.

Meh ... The food AND the drink menu was just ok. The food was average. The service was average. Definitely not a place I would go out of my way to get to.

Had some fried tenders and fried wings, man they were delicious. Very good food and service. Great sports bar atmosphere, lots of baseball and NBA playoff games were on when I went. I'll be coming back often!

Stopped in for a late lunch with two people on 2/10/2020. The restaurant was empty as we were the only people in there at one point. After about an hour a woman walks over who never identified herself and began clearing our table rudely never asking if we re done or anything. One of the people with me expressed they weren t done so she put his food down and walked away again without conversation. CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING NEEDED! Reminds me of the service the other restaurant provided that just closed in that area.

The wing were not cooked on both sides, sorry won't be returning this was a 40$ lesson

Ate at this location for the first time. I ordered the fish and chip basket. The fish was good but too oily. The fries where excellent. The wife got a bacon cheeseburger. She said that the burger was greasy and the bun was the only thing that tasted good. Our waiter was very friendly.

Staff spends a lot of time sitting in a booth, hard to get a drink! Very friendly when they are there in front of you!

Fun atmosphere to watch sports with friends. Fantastic service. Santa Fe steak sandwich was delicious.

Cold beer hot wings .... can't go wrong at this new location.... see ya for happy hour
