I recently ate there and the food was ok, I give it a 7, the reason I m rating one star is my card was over charged almost 50 dollars and it s been 5 days I still haven t got the extra money back. We came in two groups and l ordered 84 dollars food, left a $10 tip, but my card was charged $139, they told me they made a mistake switching my ticket with the other group, and the other group suppose to pay $139. But when I checked with the other group, they also got charged $139 instead my ticket which is $94, so they charged us $139 twice. It was very sketchy, I don t know if they did it on purpose or not cuz they see we are Asians, they prolly think we would not notice or we gonna leave town soon and never come back to ask for money back. I have been calling them for 5 days now and every time they told me l will get the refund tomorrow, or they say they will call me back. The whole time I have been very respectful and understanding, but now I really start to think they are doing this on purpose and keep pushing think they can get away with punking foreign customers! How can it take 5 days to do a refund? What they do not know is I m local and been living in San Antonio for 9 years, I m a local tour guide manager for us trip.com and we bring at least 100 tourists to the riverside daily. I always recommend this restaurant to my customers but NEVER AGAIN!
