A really good shop.Always use it when in this area.

Very expensive and the car parking is not ideal still.

Hadn't been to a Budgens for years, I was pleasent supposed.

Great supermarket with a good selection of local produce as well as the typical big brands. Decent sized car park and good access to the rest of Holt.

Great supermarket. Shelves always full staff always smiling and friendly.

This is the best Budgens I have been in. An amazing variety of fresh bread and cakes and has good quality of other items. There is a coffee shop and a post office but no loos.

Good local mid-size supermarket. Could easily do weekly shop here. Own car park with first hour ticket refunded! Integral 7 days a week Post Office too. Quality range of foodstuffs, drink and local produce. Supporters of local businesses by selling their products.

People just milling around all close together everywhere during social distancing, it was awful. Outside was no different and staff were just joining in with it. Luckily I just was in and out to buy lunch and drinks. The boy who served me was nice so he earned an extra star. Prices weren't horrendous either.

Not bad place to shop. But the car parking is a joke

Lovely supermarket, great stock there and friendly staff! Haven't let me down yet

Good selection of items, good place to pick up an ice-cream which is hard to do in Holt, although the one we bought had been slightly defrosted and frozen again.. Has the usual standard groceries you would expect from a small supermarket.

It's ok - it's a Budgen's - it's a reasonably large one, but as a Budgen's it's more expensive than you would expect

Budgens were once an independant Supermarket they took over Rusts Wavy Line in the Eighties but they are now owned by Bakers but the Budgens group is now Tescos and this store is worser than Spar a total rip off so we get Asda and Morrison's in Holt they will kick Bakers Are!

Great selection of cheese and I do mean great. In a whisper: more reasonable than B&L ;)

I like to see independent supermarkets doing well. Budgens seems to stock a lot of local produce; shellfish, meat and cheese. I like the fact they save cardboard boxes for you to take your groceries home.

Love walking around Holt - could happily live there. The Budgen store compliments the small independent shops.

A good selection of food and drinks but about more pricey than Tesco or Sainsbury's, certainly more than Lidl and Aldi

This shop is a mixture of bakery, deli and supermarket also a post office. Fruit and veg is beautiful and so is the meat counter. There is nothing you can't get in this shop. It has no coffee shop but there are plenty in Holt.

It was an amazing out of town shopping experience we run up and down the shop with our arms out spinning around shouting this is fantastic like Roy's just a lot less chavy !

Very good and originised store. And good customer service.

Unfortunately this store has had a major fire which has destroyed the entire building

I won't be shopping here again. I paid a pound to park (no big deal) and followed all instructions on the parking meter board. No ticket required ... just remember your registration number. Budgens will refund your parking. On visiting the More

Really interesting supermarket with items not found elsewhere in the big four . Great display of none packaged fruit and veg. Well done.

Great Little Supermarket.

Lots of wonderful quality ingredients! The bakery sections also have some delicious sweet treats.

Sadly on all occasions I've been in, the staff have been unbelievably impolite! Vacant stares no attempt to be friendly or even remotely talkative. Mumblings that are barely audible "cash or card?" Etc etc

I can only assume the staff don't enjoy working here. Which is a shame as it's a nice little supermarket.

Quite an upmarket Budgens. Always busy which means they can charge way too much for the carpark.

Too expensive , Waitrose prices without the quality and because they have a monopoly they can get away with it. The ready made Pieman pies are awful and the prices on the shelves are usually missing, particularly the salad area. There was a surly shop assistant (or should i say club bouncer) on the door this morning barking orders to anyone who dared to approach as a couple. Avoid and go to Morrison's instead!!

Good supermarket always tidy and friendly staff. Car park a pain as have to pay first then claim back when paying for shopping. So make sure you take change for the meters

Regular visitors to Holt and we always pop in for a snack there is plenty of choice and the staff are very helpful.

Parking complicated. Difficult to spend money in Holt, when your time is spent queueing to pay for car park, only to realize you can only pay with coins

Plenty of variety. Lots of local produce. Good value for money.

I found this shop rather expensive. I would have thought with the name being Budgens it would be kind on the purse strings but i was shocked at the prices. When visiting North Norfolk again I will visit Sheringam or Cromer for my supermarket shopping.

Nice place to shop if you like shopping. Wide selection, great fresh fish and meat counter. Friendly staff, what more could you want!

Rip off prices...not free parking...but money back at till

Very clean and organised I.e. mugs for sale by teas and coffees etc. Not a huge choice but has everything you'd need. Post office in there too

A shop that charges their customers to park their cars....... and it's expensive. Avoid.

Excellent range products, especially the freshly baked goods. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Lovely shop.

Nice shop good staff. A bit pricey compared to other supermarkets.

I don't like shopping there but needs must. The older staff are miserable and snappy and don't smile if you ask something they are very unhelpful. In future I will wait to go to Cromer...A Very Stressful and Un-welcoming place to shop. The Shop is Very Untidy and Dirty...Never Again and I certainly would not recommend to anyone. One more thing, the Customer Toilet Smells and is Filthy like it never gets cleaned, it should smell nice and fresh with air-freshener and the toilet; floor and sink could do with a clean with Domestos or something similar!!!!

Nothing to buy in these stores, Budgens is very expensive (need a mortgage to buy a bottle of milk) and the quality of their products is very poor. Waste of time.
