The service rep, Jenny Beudrie was very friendly and took all my comments into account. She was very detailed and made sure to address every single issue during each update call she made to me while the car was in service. The tech, Paolo, as always was absolutely amazing. He knows the car inside out and has great attention to detail. All around great job.
