They have the market on cable and use it to their advantage. I was there taking my cable back and shutting out off sue to the price they charge is not even close to the cheap service you get

Was charged 3 times for the nymble service online because of an error on there end and was told by tech support to come in and receive my refund for being charge. I come here to do exactly what they told me and the manager on duty Jamie would not issue the refund blaming tech support on my issue. I'm seriously just doing what I was being told and instead of her trying to fix the issue she just gave me 3 nymble vouchers instead. Her attitude towards me was very un professional like and she literally did not care at all.. how can I be at fault for any of this and be treated this way.. if my location could get another service provider i would this was an horrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone and sad thing is the other customer service rep was actually trying to help me and Jamie wasn't..

Glad I pay 250 a month for broken wifi, cable that comes in fuzzy, and to wait on the phone for 45 minutes before someone answers. An absolutely frustrating company but I have no other choice for service providers in my area I live so I am stuck with no help. AVOID BUCKEYE AT ALL COSTS

Since I have had buckeye cable my internet has been horrible. Can only connect to 1 thing at a time and when connected it doesn't want to work. I keep calling and all they do is reset the router and it still wont work. Crappy service and cant fix the problem.

VAPORS Is DONE With Buckeye. We have several of our locations with Buckeye. And several with AT&T and Spectrum. 99% of all our problems come from Buckeye. No More. Internet down, can't ring up customers etc. Call in to support and the wait time was 48min. Pure BS. No More. !!
