Was charged 3 times for the nymble service online ...

Was charged 3 times for the nymble service online because of an error on there end and was told by tech support to come in and receive my refund for being charge. I come here to do exactly what they told me and the manager on duty Jamie would not issue the refund blaming tech support on my issue. I'm seriously just doing what I was being told and instead of her trying to fix the issue she just gave me 3 nymble vouchers instead. Her attitude towards me was very un professional like and she literally did not care at all.. how can I be at fault for any of this and be treated this way.. if my location could get another service provider i would this was an horrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone and sad thing is the other customer service rep was actually trying to help me and Jamie wasn't..
