I have booked a load from KY to TX.. Bryan Shuler...
In TX my driver has waited well over 9 hrs to unload...

I have called Bryan, informed him about the situation before hits 3rd hr of waiting.. He just mention that he will call and see..

Never did he called anybody, nor me to inform me about it..
He didn't pay enough for my driver to sit over 9hrs at shipping..
and he is not paying enough for detention ether..

This guy doesn't care about drivers, and their time..
