Great place to eat! food is delicious and the service is great

Overall the food and service here is fine. Not the greatest Italian you'll ever eat, but I've also never had a bad meal here. I consistently use this place for catering events for family and friends. With the gift card deal available at Costco, it's very affordable for the quality you receive.

The parking is a bit of a pain, and watch out for the speed bumps in this plaza, they aren't painted properly and are hard to see.

The waiting time in here is too much! We awaited for 40 mins and we saw a couple that they told us that they were there for 50 mins.!!!

Made a reservation for 2 @ 6:15. When we arrived they told us there would be a 25-30min wait. At 7:00, we were told there were still people ahead of us... 45min after our reservation time. Staff was rude when we tried asking why we are being forced to wait so long when we made a reservation. Left and went to Rock Bottom. Don t waste your time. Will not return.

The food is just OK, the prices are somewhat expensive, but it is always a fun place for a group dinner.

An absolutely awful experience. We ordered spaghetti with marinara, and they somehow managed to mess it up. The pasta tasted as if it had been cooked 5x as long as it should have. In addition, we ordered string beans, which tasted freezer burned. This may be the worst restaurant in the entire state of California.

Told me I couldn't sit or order Togo because it was only available for 3 or more people. All I wanted was calamari and pasta

Amazing Italian food! One of my favorite restaurants!

Their portions are huge and their service was on point.

Carpet was filthy. Should have been a clue. They have a big Gluten free selection advertised online. The menu that was handed to me only had Chicken. They have no veal on either the GF or regular menu. The menu had no prices. I asked for a GF menu with prices. The waitress told me they had none. A fool is born every minute but I am not one. We left.
The GF menu basically said they're Gluten Friendly not Gluten free. There are stark warning about there inability to offer gluten free. The cleanliness issues would concern me even on the regular. There was a nasty smell in the entry way.

Great service and good food. The photographer trying to take our group picture was a bit odd though, and it was weird having them try to sell us the photos.

Made a reservation on Open Table & received a confirmation email. Showed up and was told that the reservation that was made wouldn't be honored and my party would have to wait an hour. As I stood there 2 other families were told that their Open Table reservations wouldn't be honored either. Very unprofessional and will never go back.

First time at Bucca di Beppo....the service and food is wonderful.

The food tasted really good and the portions were plentiful. However, the crust of their pizza was like a sheet of paper. I know its supposed to be a crispy flat bread, but this was thinner than the thin crust at Domino's. It didn't take long to become super soggy. The service was pretty good up until we were done eating. It didn't seem to be extraordinarily busy, although maybe there was only one waiter working. That could explain why we had to wait 45 minutes for the bill. I wasn't mad about waiting that long but it did make me decide to not order a dessert. I'll try the lunch menu next time.

Not bad for an Italian place. They tend to make things pretty strong however. It's an alright place but I won't go out of my way to come here.

Employees are always friendly here there only two things I ever order. the pepperoni and jalapeno pepper Pizza (super greasy but good) or the fruta de Mari

Food is standard, Service is pretty slow ( even at Buca's Standards). Deserts are awesome.

If you need to being a large group of people for mediocre quality food for a semi-reasonable prices (for volume) you'd probably rate this much higher. Prices can seem high, but the volume of food is huge, so it seems generally inline. My big issue is that this place over indexes on volume as opposed to quality.

Food was delicious as was customer service! Be sure to try the chocolate cake. The manager was super helpful! Will come again!

Wow, how far this chain has fallen. Our waitress provided adequate service, but the rest of the staff from the hostess to manager has a bad attitude and is uninterested in providing excellent service. Add to this increased prices across the board and you have an unmemorable visit. 1star for edible hot food, 1star for the 20% off coupon on the website. Let me add, the carpeted floors look gross, no 5 second rule here.

My wife and I stopped by because the original place we wanted to have lunch was closed (closes at 2pm). We were a little skeptical at first because the place was cluttered with picture frames and besides it was our first time there. Well let me tell you the service is ok , food was delicious and the best part was the bread ( nice and warm). The other half ordered spicy shrimp penne pasta. I ordered lasagna, we walked out of there extremely satisfied.

Great food, great atmosphere, good prices, what more could you want ? OK maybe not the place you want to take a lady on your first date ( unless you want to show you're a family man ) , but my wife and I probably went here more than any other reastaurant. Plus we knew lunch for the following day was going to be taken home with us !!

Service was slow. I had to ask for everything needed. Food was decent. Desert was pretty big. Is cute to get a picture to keep. Most likely won't be back.

The brownie sundae was amazing and worth it. It is well priced. We paid around $160 for 7 people. The seafood platter is amazing, highly recomend. Over all it is an amazing place, great for family outings or just dates. They have a photographer,great photos and they come with frames. $15 for one and $20 for two pictures.

Do not recommend if you have dietary restrictions. We called weeks in advance and informed them of my diary restrictions and the food came out wrong. Asked for daily free, gluten free and the food had dairy. The server was not attentive at all. Drinks took forever and some drinks where completely forgotten.

I used to love eating here, but something changed. The food is different. Service is just okay.

I wanted to give a shout out to Buca last night really loved the service and the attentiveness of the staff we sat in the room that was all red and had outstanding service from our server I can't remember his name but he was very hospitable. A lady manager came by to see how we were doing she seemed extremely friendly to everyone she was talking to. Thanks for the great night with our put of town friends.

Easy place for large group (20), but service isn't always there. Maybe tip is automatically added so they don't care? Food is good.

This place was horrible because the room tight and small for 35 people. Completely unsafe and barely moved. The noise level extremely loud. Servers were unfriendly and obnoxious. Waiting period completely ridiculous before serving next menu. Gratuity charge 15 dollars for every person even take home orders. This experienced is unforgettable. Never again to run dinner event for the retirees. Supposedly rated this restaurant 0 star. Not recommended to anyone.

Love this place.. haven't been here in a while and when I came back things seem normal. They still have great customer service here and good food but now they do picture postcards. Ah! I bought all of the pictures Sasha took and I love them. Steven or Stephen was very attentive giving us everything we need

We had a group of 18 in a pre wedding night dinner. The group cumulatively ordered many dishes and all were delicious.

Very disappointed with our visit. We went for the traditional Thanksgiving dinner they have every year. We were seated, got our drinks, and when we tried to order the Thanksgiving dinner they were sold out. They sold out early afternoon but neglected to call us and tell us in the event we wanted to make other arrangements! When reservations were made they were told that's what we wanted to eat. The food we ended up ordering was average at best. My sister-in-law let the staff know again as we were leaving how disappointed the whole family was. About 2 weeks later she received a $150.00 voucher in the mail from the restaurant. I guess they get a few points for the effort.

This is kind of a medium-priced medium-quality restaurant. It has some Italian pasta and pizza options. The ability to fix fancy liquor drinks was was non-existent from my experience. Not a lot of restaurant choices in this area

Service at this location was below par. We went on a Friday. Front desk staff looked disorganized. It also took them 20 minutes to assign a waitress after we got seated, and the food kept coming out of sequence.
I like the Buca di Beppo in Oakridge mall and have been there at least 5 times (service was great every time).

This was an awful experience. When a meat pasta has a red sauce and it s actually a thin white cheese sauce that s sad. A seafood pasta with a red sauce without any sauce and smells like slightly tainted seafood , let alone to used canned clams and frozen muscles in a fresh dish is disappointing. Everything lacked any flavor and to be given a wrong order and told it was correct is disappointing. If we had made a seafood pasta like this for $30 we would be ashamed. If there s no flavor or quality then it s not worth the money.

Ordered alfredo y spaghetti and I can cook better spaghetti. Taste less..

Food is consistent with other locations. Staff are friendly, but not very attentive. Place is kept relatively neat and clean.

I gave this restaurant 1 star last night, i called early around 3:15 to make a reservation for my birthday. A guy, said "no need for reservation, we accept walk-ins" so i took the guy's words and came in at 5:15pm. CHAD, who is in the reception area said at once. "We are not accepting walk-ins, who did you spoke with? " waiting time is 1 hour and a half. I pointed out that, i called early and a guy said no need for reservation. Make the story short, we said, ok, we'll wait for an hour just because we have chosen this restaurant among the many Italian restau to go to in the area. After 15 mins, another guy said, a table is ready. Hmmmmmm....Chad, better pull his thought all together. First, you dont have to ask the customers, who did you spoke to? Or reason out and state situation. Be solution oriented instead. When we went inside, the restaurant is almost empty. Hmmmmm....good thing, the servers are good. And it's my wife's bday, so she insist on revising the review.

After visiting many times todays spaghetti dinner was great...Finishing with Italian Cream Cake that was delicious!

Always a great place for a large group. The staff does well with this. Food is delicious too, chicken saltimboca is the best.

The food is served family style and it's delicious. They allow customization of most dishes like changing the sauce or type of pasta.
We usually do pickup where it's easy to call ahead and food is ready in 15-30 minutes. Also, there are always coupons and gift card deals that make the prices OK.
The only negative is finding nearby parking which isn't Buca's fault. The pruneyard is just so popular during meal times.

The food was decent, the service was ok but it took them a long time to bring our food. It was pricy but the portions were large, family style. We filled up on bread and appetizer, by the time the food came, we were full and couldn't eat much. It's good for a, large group I guess but there were only 3 of us so it ended up being expensive.

Typical Italian food chain... Standing out was Flo, our server. As long as I received it in her station I would definitely go back, a real gem.

Our family was very disappointed with the service and the food. Our family was there for the birthday event. We ordered the Buca Trio appetizer. It was not good. We ordered the Apple Gorgonzola salad where the lettuce was wilted. We ordered the pizza which was not good and also the chicken marsala, not good. Our family's been going there for years and I'm not going to return.
