Wow!!! Can you say Fresh!! This place is amazing everything was delicious. The brisket melted in my mouth, so good! We also tried the po boys and biscuits and gravy all equally delicious. You have to save room for dessert because I am still thinking about the banana cream pie. It was the best I ever had. Can't wait to go back!

Love this place! From the fried chicken and potato salad to the catfish and peach/almond cobbler! Great wait staff too, very attentive! It's small inside but the great food and excellent staff makes you forget about that.

An absolute must. Remember cash only but fair price. Also if you don't know you can bring your own alcohol. Old fashion diner subway car is a great look. Everything was delicious, the gumbo and hush puppies were a great start. Then brisket as a main. Awesome dinner

Went to try the fried green tomatoes. Sliced too think and over-fried. The Okra was good but i believe its a frozen variety. The biscuit and gravy appetizer was good but the biscuit was hard. Im from down south so im a pretty good authority on true southern food. My friend has the fried shrimp Po Boy and loved it. Service was great and the staff were friendly

It's a small restaurant and as such there is not a lot of tables. Seating is available at the restaurant bar which is suitable for small parties (1-3 people). Sometimes they'll sit you at the bar until a table frees up. The food is definitely worth coming here. Everything I've tried tastes great. Their BBQ sauces are excellent. B&B is one of the better BBQ places I've had the pleasure of eating at and it is definitely one of the best BBQ places in Nassau County.

So we were in the mood for some Cajun food since our local Bellmore Merrick Cajun places have closed over the past year or so due to a variety of reasons and we miss them. So we had some seafood gumbo and fried chicken and both were unbelievable we've had the barbecue before and it's great here must return soon pictures don't do this food justice it's delicious please keep this place going it's great!

O.M.G. what a delight! The 1st time I visited, there was a pretty significant wait, but I quickly understood why. It's clearly a neighborhood gem & the staff knows the regulars. This is some of the best food I've ever had. They have alligator sausage! And the mac n cheese is pretty damn good. The Brisket Baked Beans are to DIE for, for real.

6th stop on my "Dine and shop local" here in Mineola - Biscuits and Barbecue just east of Roslyn Road north of the tracks. I've been here many times since moving to Mineola since the fire department told me I can't bbq on my balcony. I pointed out the building and balcony were non-combustible citing the 2015 IFC but...
Anyway, some of the BEST bbq chicken, ribs, fish and great sides - including award winning Mac and Cheese. BYOB and plenty of parking.

Wear your eatin' pants because this place has seriously delicious southern-style comfort food served in overly generous portions at reasonable prices. Its diner car dive ambiance and no-frills decor make it very clear that this joint is all about the food.

At the moment you come to this place the stuff gives you an enjoyable feeling. Very courteous stuff, it is a happy place to to go out with your friends or with your date. Great food, creative chef de cuisine, good cost and courteous service. Warmly recommended.

I have been coming to this place for almost 2 years and each time it does not disappoint. The place itself is the very definition of no frills. However the Cajun inspired dishes are full of flavor and reasonably priced. I suggest the biscuits even if it doesn't come with your meal and the Cajun inspired meals.

Had lunch the other day. I was happy to find a place with Cajun food and really ;looking forward to the meal.
Tried the hush puppies and the shrimp & grits. The hush puppies were the size of clam fritters with very little flavor. The shrimp and grits was different. The shrimp were seasoned and cooked well, nice crunch to them. The grits were something I have never had before. They were supposed to be cheese grits, but you couldn't tell. They were smothered with onions and peppers. That really took away from the flavor of the whole dish. On top of that, it was very pricey and the waiter left a lot to be desired. Overall, not worth the price of admission

My fall off the bone succulent St. Louis style ribs were tender, delicious and smothered with sauce. I usually don't care for potato salad with mustard and no relish but this was good. The vegetable of the day was string beans, carrots, and zucchini done with just enough olive oil and garlic to make it a delight in my mouth. The key lime pie was a little thick for my taste yet still tasty. There were a few insects flying around. Overall a delious experience.

Really cool spot for bbq, in a old train car. The food comes out fast and they have very generous portions. The pulled pork is great the sauce has some kick to it but not to hot. My friend got chicken and waffles and she really liked it. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is they are cash only and they do not have a atm in the resturant, I had to drive to a local supermarket to pay for lunch. BRING CASH!!!

Consistently good base bbq menu with a good rotation of specials. Bourbon pecan pie and key lime are incredible. Onion rings are some of the deepest battered (fried pillows) I've ever had. Pickle chips are a notch above the rest. The chef is a great dude who loves what he does and easy to strike up a conversation with at the stools.

The interior is small, but it's cozy. Outdoor seating in warm weather And it's BYOB, which is great.

Cute diner setting, hidden down a side street. Biscuit with gravy was amazing! Brisket was moist with a subtle sweet bbq sauce. Had banana cream pie, loved it! Super creamy and rich flavor. Our server Juan, very personable and charming. Will go back!!

I always saw this place on the way to the mineola train station... I could not wait to give my review. This place is pretty bad. Soda was flat, chicken and waffles was dried and not tasty, and the blueberry pancakes were raw. The side of sosauge was like rubber. This will be my last time here.
