Dealt with the company mainly over whatsapp, where they were very responsive. Couple minor problems, we were told that pickup was 4.45, however driver arrived at 4 advising we must go to make our excursion, so this was an inconvenient rush. Additionally, when we were dropped off at location, noone was there to greet us for boat trip, so we were left in the middle of nowhere unsure on what was happening next, we called company who confirmed people were on way to pick up us. So overall happy that they assist when you have queries, trip itself was nice, however feel the company could do with improving communication with 3rd parties.

Excellent experience with the Tours organized by you in Buenos Aires !! I want to congratulate the entire team for their efficiency, kindness and solvency in performance. Marina who attended me online, coordinated my tours attending my requests one by one and was very kind and attentive. To the drivers who drove me to and from the hotel to attend a dinner show at Piazzola Tango on 7/16/2016. To the driver of 2 of the tours I took on 7/17/2016, Walter, for how well he drives and for his good vibes. And especially to my two guides, Julieta and Mabel, some total geniuses !!! Excellent all the information provided by the two, but also provided in a pleasant way, spreading joy and good humor to all who had the pleasure of traveling with them. I have an orthopedic leg and I move with difficulty and traveled alone from Uruguay; I must say that all of them were waiting to help me up and down, take photos, advise me how to move at the stops, always worrying about how I was ... It was a pleasure to do the tours with you, which were perfectly organized and punctual. But above all things, I appreciate the human and professional quality of the staff. Congratulations! Very grateful to everyone. Without a doubt, it was an excellent choice that I made when hiring their services. And I highly recommend them with the greatest pleasure. Loved this tour company !!! My family and I are in BA for Christmas and decided to book 3 tours with Bsas4 (Classic BA City Tour, Don Silvano Day Ranch Trip, Esquina Carlos Gardel) and had a wonderful experience with each individual tour guide. All busses are equipped with A/C which is a MUST in the summer since the city it's an oven in December (in the 90s, no breeze, no A/C anywhere) and all guides are fluent in English, Spanish and Portugues. The Classic BA City Tour takes you over all the major sites with 3 stops (Plaza Mayor, La Bombonera and El Caminito). Don Silvano tour was wonderful, the ranch is about 1 1/2 outside of te city. You are greeted with a big breakfast meat empanadas, sodas, wine, etc followed by horseback ride, mate time, traditional gaucho parridalla for lunch with a dance show, horse show and snacks. Lastly, Esquina Carlos Gardel was exceptional. The price includes pick up and drop off from your hotel/property, 3 course dinner with wine, and of course the tango show which was amazing. Edimar was great, she was available through WhatsApp the entire time and promptly answered all my questions. Would highly recommend this tour company while in BA and use their services in Argentina and other Latin American countries !
