Dealt with the company mainly over whatsapp, where they were very responsive. Couple minor problems, we were told that pickup was 4.45, however driver arrived at 4 advising we must go to make our excursion, so this was an inconvenient rush. Additionally, when we were dropped off at location, noone was there to greet us for boat trip, so we were left in the middle of nowhere unsure on what was happening next, we called company who confirmed people were on way to pick up us. So overall happy that they assist when you have queries, trip itself was nice, however feel the company could do with improving communication with 3rd parties.
