I had a very bad experience; I went to the shop; I went down to the perfume area ; I asked a member of staff for specific perfume; and the woman who was working there ; had a sheet of paper in her hand ; and what the member of staff said over there ; the member of staff ignored me ; I absolutely disgusted; another member of staff came over to me ; and knew I was extremely extremely very upset; I told her the story; to be honest who pay their wages; and the customer should get one hundred percent service; absolutely crazy crazy; there is no teamwork there what so ever; this is mine opinion
