I wanted a newer upgrade charger. Went to Mike Andersons in Merrillville they didn't try to help me out. So I decided to go to bosak in merrillville I automatically became very impressed by the great customer service they provided for me and my boyfriend , especially Denise Recker she's an awesome sales consultant. My first time having to use my warranty on my Jeep Wrangler and my first time using the service department of Bosak on route 30 of Merrillville. I was entirely satisfied and impressed with how quickly they serviced my Jeep. The MIL came on which is why I took it. I really was in and out within 45 minutes. Now grant it, my issue was a minor one and didn't require much work. I was a walk in and they have definitely earned my business. I'm one of those persons that checks reviews of places when it comes to important stuff, like my Jeep. Of all the Jeep dealerships in NWI, Bosak had the best reviews and I was slightly skeptical about that, thinking some were possibly fake. Well, I can report that all those 5 star reviews must have been rightfully earned. There's a Jeep dealership closer to where I live but I will be making the longer trip to Bosak for all my future Jeep needs! Keep up the good work :)

Just purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from here. Brian was very nice and easy to deal with. Very personable, checked in afterwards to make sure I was liking the Jeep, which I LOVE the Jeep!!!! Everyone there was nice, and it was an overall great experience.

I came in just to get a key made for my truck, and asked a couple of questions about a battery issue. Very nice staff. Was in and out about 10 mins or so, I was very pleased

Obi (Emmanuel) is an awesome salesman! He does everything in his control to meet the customer's needs & desires. I have purchased 3 vehicles under Obi. He's such an invested salesman. BUYER BEWARE:
There are multiple words of warning to be had in these offices.
First, the dealership did not honor the agreed upon selling price of the vehicle. They took advantage of my miscalculation of tax, and added it back to the selling price of the vehicle, which was agreed upon to be $217.71 less.
My second concern was in the finance office. I was forced to finance the car with the dealerships bank because we were an out of state transaction. I confirmed multiple times with Nancie, the F/I manager, that there were no loan fees for using their bank, which was confirmed multiple times. The rate was astronomical and after receiving the documents from the bank, there was a $235 loan fee for opening the account. We had confirmed multiple times in the office that Bosak paid this fee and not me, as the customer.
The used vehicle was generally in poor repair; requiring new tires, an alignment, a battery, and a few steering parts. These concerns were brought up during the test drive, but due to the "priced to clear" price, they were desperate to get it off the lot without performing any additional work.
They were unable to provide me with any service documents from their intake inspection, which is also a bit concerning.

In short, there is a huge difference in buying a car at a luxury dealership and buying a LUXURY car at this dealership...
After requesting to be compensated the difference of $466.31, which is owed to me on our $35,000 purchase, I was rudely dismissed as if any of these discrepancies were my fault.

Tim was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was patient, understanding, and actually took the time to find everything that I was looking for in a vehicle! He was professional and made the process so easy! I will definitely be seeing Tim for any other vehicles that I ll be purchasing in the future. Thank you!!

HORRIBLE! I recently purchased a car here a 18 Hyundai with low miles I have only had it for about 2 weeks and now it s been at the shop for the past week! How is this even possible! DONT SELL ME A CAR THATS NOT GOING TO TURN ON! I can t even express how angry I am! Thanks for selling me a car that doesn t even work! BRAVO! Never recommending this place. Highly disappointed with EVERYTHING! And yes warranty might cover it but this should have NOT happened having it only for a week and it doesn t work. NEVER AGAIN....

Quick and easy serviceon the recall for our 2011 Jeep Compass.

Rocco Santana lied about the price of a vehicle and took advantage of an 18 year old that didn't have experience with buying cars, and tricked him into paying more than he needed to and didn't let him leave with the car. Terrible place, Rocco should see disciplinary action immediately, no ifs ands or buts. Unfortunately I have to leave a star to review, but this place is a 0/10.

I was very appreciative on how well Doug took care of me. I originally came in with a transmission issue and some leaking fluid. Doug took the extra steps to get me in and luckily they had the part in stock to fix my vehicle. Can't express enough gratitude knowing that the issue was fixed in a couple of hours .

On a cross-country trip, we had serious car trouble near Michigan City, IN. However, first - Precision Towing went out of their way to help us find a Honda dealer and a hotel that would keep us close to our route, and minimize the general inconvenience; second - Bosak Motors completed the work in just a few hours and kept us fully informed of our options. Things were looking so bad at one point that we were looking at buying a car from them to complete our journey. To that end, Dave Kelly, knowing full well that buying a a new car was not our preferred option, showed us the range of vehicles they had, with no pressure, but with good humor and friendliness. Ultimately we did not buy a car from him - they fixed ours - but I would seriously consider driving there from Texas just to give him our business when we do need a new vehicle.

The customer service here is superb! Obie helped me purchase a new truck for my husband and he explained everything clearly and made sure I understood all the options. The business manager, Nick was also SUPER helpful! We were already bringing our vehicles here for service, but this has been the least painful car buying experience I ve had.

From the moment my wife made the call to inquire about her Ford Escape Titanium to the final handshake on closing the deal, we felt comfortable and taken care of here at Bosak Motors. Luis was more then welcoming to my wife and kids and took his time in taking care of us. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. The car was ready in front upon our arrival as promised. The test drive was also nice and we went through an area that was pretty bumpy to get a good feel for the car. There wasn't much haggling with Luis either. There was a little back and forth as far as trade in and what not but even the negotiating process felt good with Luis. He even took the time to go outside and clean up the car a bit more before we left. He was also nice enough to remind me to take my old plates from my trade in car. Speaking of the old car, my wife forgot a CD in it and he will be mailing it to us since we are out of state. It's details like this that made our purchase easy and comfortable. I really appreciate the time both Luis and Melissa took in making sure the process went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Bosak moving forward. IT was worth the trip from Illinois. The service department at Bosak Of Merrillville is awesome! They were able to get me in when all other jeep dealers in the area couldn't! I was unaware that I had a warranty that was close to expiring so they did as much work as they could find that was covered as well as showing me (I'm a girl that doesn't know much about cars) the work they did and will be doing was necessary and that they weren't trying to pull one over on me. I'm very pleased with their service on my vehicle and the customer service I received! I will definitely be back!

Christian was our sales rep and is very knowledgeable about all of the cars. He is very courteous and was very patient with us as we weren't sure exactly what we wanted. Christian went out and got the cars we wanted to look at and brought them in the service garage for us during the rain so we would be more comfortable. He was very patient and definitely is not a high pressure type salesman.Christian is most definitely 95% of the reason we made the purchase! Here for another recall..this time for an airbag something..but into today's world do we really want airbags? Maybe I should drive with a Helmet also..No coffee today,Because of remodeling.. and the Hellcat is $91,885 and dont touch it..was hoping to drink coffee and drop a good 1 in there bathroom...3 stars would of got 4 if there was coffee and I could touch the hellcat! Maybe next time , but overall a good place to look at vehicles...

went there to get my car fix under warrantee and they didn't have any car in their lot to give me as a rental. so they sent me to enterprise. they never called me that my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. I called after 2 weeks and didn't give me an update. I called again for the 3rd week and they told me its been fixed 2 weeks ago. so they didn't pay the rental even though my car was under warrantee. and they put you on hold for a very long time and bounce you around to different departments. very disappointing!

I inquired online about the price of a 2013 challenger. The price seemed good so I went in for a test drive. They offered me $5,000 less then everyone else for my trade in (2011 challenger) He told me he talked to the service manager and they were concerned about the air bag light being on, it is expensive to fix. The next day I received a recall notice about he airbag light. I guess the sales men and service managers at Bosak are not aware of recalls. After waiting 2 hrs to even get a price and payment (because he was trying to help two people at once) he makes a comment about people wasting his time and give me this ridiculous payment option. I told him it was way too much so after he seemed confused as to why I wouldn't pay $650 a month for a 29,999 vehicle he agreed to look into it and call he in the morning because the banks were all closed. At 130pm the next day I called and left a message for him before he finally called me back at 230pm and told me that after checking around for a buyer for my car he could do much better. I asked how much better, what kind of price for the trade in, and what kind of interest rate is the loan (never told me the interest rate the night before) he told me they could come close the payment i was looking for. I called Pearl Dodge in Peotone, IL were they gave me the trade in price i wanted and the same car for $150 less a month.

Let me say this I'm an black women who went in there to hopefully buy a car and the salesperson they gave me was horrible her name is Courtney at first she understood what I was looking for but then take it upon herself to show me a car I was not interested in then had a attitude with me didn't want to assist me into looking for no other option I couldn't believe it so I went to car max and the sale man there say that the staff was rude to him and his a white man really bad customer service take your chance if you buy any thing from them

Drove all the way from Illinois to look at two jeeps that I was interested in purchasing. Long drive...when I got there found out that the person I was supposed to deal with left at 4 and our appointment was at 6:15. I was not happy. After talking to the sales manager, he apologized and set me up with another sales person, Christian Haywood. Christian knew I was a bit upset and did his best to correct the situation. He was very accomodating with answering my questions and working with me to get me into a better mood. Needless to say he succeeded and i purchased my jeep. Even though we got off to a rough start Christian and the rest of the team that I interacted with were very helpful and accomodating. I would consider dealing with Christian on my future purchases if I didn't keep my cars for 20 years and if I lived in Indiana. Too far to drive.

When I woke up on Monday morning, buying a new car was the last thing on my mind. I was in to pick up a part for my car and was greeted by Will, a sales professional. My wife and I have bought cars from Will in the past so it was good to see him again. He asked how I was enjoying my Wrangler and how my wife was enjoying her Towne and Country minivan.

I said my car was doing great and that my wife was getting a little bored with the van. There was nothing wrong with it at all, it's just that she's had it for four years and wouldn't mind some fresh looks. I told Will, however, that I was a little concerned about what I owed relative to what I thought the car was worth; that I didn't have any money to put down right now; and that I really could not fit a bigger payment into my budget. With that big smile of his Will asked, "other than that you'd love a new car today?" Of course I would!

Will got some information from me about the old car, found all the things we would want in the new car, and got clear on our financial concerns. After a little while, Will drove up with a very sporty looking Grand Caravan. It had all the features that were important to us. And man, does it handle well! I had no idea that you could get that kind of handling and performance out of a van!

Will worked with the sales manager, John (a total professional), on how much it would cost. They ended up giving me more than fair market value for my car (way more than I thought I would get for it), and with no money down, my payment was actually going to be less than what we had been paying. Deal!

This all happened in a very short period of time. No hassles! No arguing! No worries! No regrets! I guess buying a car should be fun and that's exactly what the experience was with Will and the rest of the Bosak pros.

The next step was to go into the finance office with Melissa. She was great to work with. She explained all the financing clearly, respectfully and professionally. I've been in other finance offices at other dealers in the past and they have a way of making your feel scared and stupid. Not Melissa. She was able to get us an amazing finance rate and help us protect our new vehicle from unexpected issues - all within our budget.

Worry free driving of a very sporty new car at a price I can feel good about. And, treated so respectfully thru the entire process. What an unexpectedly fantastic experience!
