Very bad brought our van in to fix a bad brake light. They did not fix it but charged us 300.00 dollars for a part and it did not fix the problem.then wanted us to bring car back for it to be diagnosed for another 130 dollars a hour. I dont think so. Took it to carx and they fixed it with the old part in less than a hour for for 86.00 wow. Will never go back to bosak or recommend it to anyone.

Took a dodge stratus to have a power window issue diagnosed and they said it was a switch they charged me a $120.00 to tell me they cant fix it. It was not a switch problem it was a broken wire in the door jamb. They lued and refused to find the problem another competent mechanic found and fixed the problem in 20 minutes DO NOT USE THESE GUYS STAY CLEAR THEY ARE CROOKS

Along with an excellent job done on my car, I also received superb customer service. A kind and prompt staff had my car spotlessly detailed and ready to go in a short amount of time.

I worked with Zack Scott , he s great ,he made buying a car fun and easy, he s very knowledgeable and informative about the vechicle I purchased , although all member there was nice , I highly recommended working with Zack. Went in today for a routine oil change on my day off. Doug was my service advisor and through small talk I said I worked at the hospital. It was done among a couple other things within the hour and Doug took care of my oil change free of charge because I m a healthcare worker. I am so grateful and will never forget this kind gesture. Terrible service with the exception of two people. I had to bring my car there 3 times for a simple fix and got the run around and excuses and when I showed I was upset the girl who I first dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never buy a car here again which is unfortunate because I had planned on getting a charger.

My daughter recently wrecked her vehicle and we drove 80 miles to get there. We didn't even haggle the price they tried to push a paint protection plan for $1,000 already figured in on the payment with out talking about it first. I made them take it off. I made it clear I didn't want any extras warranties. I let my guard down thinking that they understood and they still snuck in another warranty amongst the mounds of paperwork you have to sign when you're finishing up. Three hundred bucks for a BS security system warranty. they didn't even explain what it covered and why we needed it they just slid it in I wasn't paying attention and my daughter signed it. Skum bags!!!

I needed a new car and my hairstylist referred me to a decent car salesmen ( which in my opinion turned out to be true) ...I'm super organized and serious when it comes to business but the session was like going through everything with a fine toothed comb... I did not want to miss a THING!! Dennis was very attentive to my concerns and has a since of urgency for the customer ...All I should have to worry about is paying my car note, car insurance , and driving safely. So with that being said , because of a trustworthy salesmen , I can do that ... I am going to miss my FIRST car though ; my one and ONLY baby.

Had my vehicle detailed by Brett and Zach at Bosak Dodge of Merrillville. They both were very diligent and focused as they cleaned and prepared my Viper. The finish was like glass and extremely smooth. They did an exceptional job removing micro scratches via buffing. Car looked remarkably excellent. Look them up for cleaning and detailing your car, highly recommended.

This place is horrible car buyers beware. Everyone here is the epitome of a shady cars salesperson who will say anything to get you to buy a car. I came here to buy a car and they swore up and down that they were giving me the best offer they could but when my husband came back they magically found better deals. When we finally decided to buy the car, we waited over 3 hours to get the final paperwork to sign. Every time we asked we were told it would only be a few more minutes. Later we found out that some of the finance people had called off. Finally we were just going to walk away and they decided to have someone else do the paperwork. For the ridiculous wait, they gave us free gap insurance. A month later, they forced us to come back to the dealership and sign new paperwork because they had made a mistake and they realized we weren t eligible for gap insurance. So instead of the gap insurance which is $600 they offered us a few free oil changes. They won t allow you to make appointments for oil changes because they offer an express oil change service. The first time we came to get one we were told it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait. We left. The next time, I called first. I was assured that there were 2 guys working on the oil changes and that we wouldn t have the same issue. When I got there, I was told it would be an hour and 45 minutes. Unless you want to be lied to, ripped off, and frustrated, stay far away from this place and find a better dealership!

I had gone to another dealer the day before and was there all day and didn t get anywhere with them and left very unhappy. Then I went in to Bosak Auto having my mind set on the Jeep Wrangler I wanted. But the manufacturer doesn t make the color I want anymore. So I was very upset so they helped me look all around for the one I wanted and we found a few but not with the accessories I wanted on it. So I went with my next color choose and they said they would look around for me and found me one! I absolutely love what I got from them! It has all the bells and whistles on it that I wanted and in the color and even an upgraded version of what I wanted. They even worked on the price for me to help me get where I wanted to be in my monthly payments! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle I had a very positive experience with them all!

With the help of Will and other sales reps, I traded in my car on a special order car due for build production. One shot, no haggle trade-in value. Paperwork and financing (excellent rate). Car was prepped and dealer options installed & ready to go. One stop shopping at its best. Thank you, Rich.

very disappointing, just called to see if they have a vehicle in stock I would like to work numbers on and was given the run runarounds. I asked for the sales manager, was given a salesman, then the internet sales manager who basically described in detail how I can figure out the sale price myself and that they won't work lease numbers over the phone. I've dealt with many dealers and have never been told they can't work lease numbers over the phone. They have the exact color and package vehicle we are looking for in a 300 mile radius.... very disappointing!

Can't say enough positive things about my experience working with sales consultant Christian Haywood. He did an exceptional job working with me and his managers to try and get me the best possible price on my new 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn. He treated me friendly and professionally, making sure I was happy and all my requests were met throughout the entire process. His transparency and easy-going attitude made the experience at Bosak a pleasurable one. Even being 1.5+ hours from their dealership, working with Christian will make me consider the return trip to Bosak when my company is in need of a new vehicle.

I called last Friday for an appointment to get my car in this week for service. I was told that I could bring it in Wednesday which worked for me as I was on vacation this week. When I arrived Wednesday morning I was told that my appointment was for next week Wednesday. I advised the serviceman that I was not told a date, I was only told Wednesday. He went so far as to call me a liar by stating that he did tell me the date when he made my appointment. I was jotting things down as we spoke and I did not have a date written down. I spoke with the manager and he said I could leave my car and that they would call me Thursday. Thursday came and went. I called this afternoon at 2pm and they hadn't gotten to my car. I asked if they would be able to get to it Saturday and he said no as they work with less mechanics on Saturday. Sooooo...I'm going to pick my car up that they have had for 3 days and never serviced it. I'll never be giving Bosak my business again. What a shame that they have now lost mine and my families business.

Had the radiator replaced on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in October 2018. One would question why you would need a radiator replaced on a three year old vehicle! Well, it leaked antifreeze and I could smell it while driving with the top and doors off in the summer. The dealership had the car for two weeks. They installed the first radiator and realized that it was leaking and or damaged, they then installed the second radiator. The icing on the cake was they scratched the hood of my Jeep in the process. Fast forward to January 31st with negative -20 degree F weather and I was shocked when my antifreeze froze causing my Wrangler to overheat! This should not have been the case had the "certified technicians" put the correct mixture of antifreeze and water in the cooling system and verified with their antifreeze refractometer. The Bosak service manager told me I needed to pay to get my antifreeze flushed because it was a customer issue, however it was clearly their issue since they replaced the antifreeze when they replaced the radiator. How does the antifreeze that is rated to freeze at -35 degree F, only test at -10 degrees F. I was looking at purchasing my 3rd Jeep Wrangler in the next month, but this whole ordeal with the dealership failing to take responsibility and FCA for not making one of their certified dealer service being held accountable has changed my mind. I obviously will never consider purchasing another Jeep or FCA product again, and I will be telling all my friends and family about the poor customer service from Bosak and FCA.

My experience started the night before. I called about a half hour before closing to ask a few questions. I was directed to a salesman named Obi. He was very helpful and unfazed by my late night questions. I had set an appointment to meet the next day after work. Had an almost 5 star experience at Bosak in Merrillville. From the moment we walked in everyone was so friendly. We were just finished with a test drive, going to sit down to discuss price when our salesman had a former customer sitting at his desk waiting for him. He excused himself and said he would be right back. Not a problem I understood, until he was gone for 15 to 20 minutes, this is where I would have normally left. Obi was very apologetic for his absence. I just wish someone would have checked on us and let us know he got a little more involved with the other customer.
Still everything worked out in the end, I drove away very happy.

My girlfriend and I visit Bosak Motors frequently as her dually truck goes there for all maintenance and repair needs. We've encountered many different service advisors, but our go-to guy is always Doug Strow. He is always on top of things, he's very friendly and he always goes above and beyond to answer our questions. He never leaves us hanging and always explains everything in a way that is understandable and clear. No one likes to spend $500 for 2 batteries and the installation fees, but he at least makes the experience enjoyable and pleasant during such stressful times. I highly recommend him when you go. He's very personable and he's quite honestly the best guy there to talk to!
