My husband and I had a very pleasant experience. Our salesman, Dennis, was well informed and provided all of the information we requested. At no time did we feel pressured or unwelcome. We highly recommend Dennis if you are currently in the market for a new or used vehicle. We have also used their service department. Both on the phone and in person they outlined each step they would take and how much it would cost. The wait time was short. We have a 2500 Ram TurboDiesel. They employ a diesel only mechanic/technician which gives us extreme piece of mind. From purchase to maintenance, Bosak is a solid choice.
