I personally thank Mr Mike Brown who is very decent and fair person, I contacted a lot of law firm but they want just get your case even, if you don't need a solicitor, Mike looked at my lease and he told me, there is no need to solicitors and I should contact my landlord and get a letter from him. he sated me a lot of time and money. Arrogant and completely lacking in the concept of customer service. Basically, they treat people as if they were is some way better than any ordinary guy. Avoid. There are much more pleasant and knowledgeable solicitors easily found on google .
