Really terrible experiences!

Turns out I was given very old technology for a printer that I leased at new technology prices. The first time the printer had a problem it took Fuji Xerox 6 months to fix. This caused significant problems for my small business, not to mention the stress on me & my staff. I recently had a similar problem, this time I only waited 6 weeks & then Fuji Xerox to collect the printer as it was simply not fit for purpose. Fuji Xerox didn't come to get the printer when agreed so I dropped it back to them. Then, for a machine that wasn't working & wouldn't into the future, I was sent the bill for the remaining term of the lease plus a bonus payment for cancelling the lease on this printer that wasn't working! Shame on you Fuji Xerox, very unethical behavior & corporate bullying. I feel sorry for the people working hard on the ground while the corporate bullies at arm’s length making these appalling & unprofessional business decisions. I certainly don't recommend Fuji Xero NZ & are looking into options for taking further action.

So many times told them to pick their machine up, business went into liquidation and they purposely delayed the process in picking their machine up and now after 1 year send a bill of $4577 from a debt collecting agency. Be very careful in dealing with this company, they will con you into a contract and make you take personal guarantees.

Complaint, not because of the quality of printing, but the person who handing my case, knew the urgency, knew the printer has hold up a lot of our work since 2 days ago, promise to send someone, then when phone hang up, no further information whatsoever, I have been waiting in the office till 8pm. You probably need more responsible to your client and your employer.

Our company has been using Fuji Xerox printers for a number of years.

We love the printers and the service we get from all Fuji Xerox staff.
The staff are always friendly and helpful and the problems get solved in a timely manner.

I can not rate Fuji Xerox highly enough with everything they do to for myself and the other staff members.

Satyam recently came in and was in and out in no time with the problem solved and we are able to get back to being productive.

Would definitely recommend Fuji Xerox to everyone.

We have been working with Fuji Xerox for more than ten years, and we are always satisfied with the service that we received. We have never run out of supplies as they sent them in a timely manner. We have two C4471 printers, and they have always exceeded our expectations.

Our experience with the customer service team has always been positive as they are very helpful. We only had one or two cases where we had to contact customer service to get help in configuring settings. The representatives were very patient and knowledgeable when they were guiding us on how to configure.

To conclude, Fuji Xerox has always been a trustworthy service provider for us for more than ten years, and they are our preferred supplier.

It has been a great pleasure to be a Fuji Xerox New Zealand client. Recently our main photocopier had fault and Andrew Pei, the technician who came and sorted it out for us was wonderful. He arrived on time and had the machine up and running within a short time, he also took the opportunity to check the machine and our photocopier is now in a really good condition. Our local technician Grant Dame is amazing. He was able to squeeze us into the same day we rang even though he had a busy day scheduled. We are so reliant on having our printer working 24/7 and Grant's immediate response to get the job up and running before the end of the day is very much appreciated. Another technician joined Grant so Thank You Fuji Xerox team and Grant, you are the best :-)

I have had the very same experience as other reviews . After being a loyal customer for over 7 years I have been shocked about how I have been treated in the past months trying to negotiate our business printing solutions. They have no care for SME in NZ and will just bully you. Buyer beware, this company should be ashamed of themselves ....looking to go further with my experience.
