Mendacity has to have limits. For brombreg and associates it has no limits. They screwed me with a translation project. That's right, I am a very dissatisfied client, and from what I am seeing in these reviews, I am not the only one.

As someone currently working in the medical field I can say that this company is mismanaged and truly lacks effective communication between their staff members. It seems that different employees in the companies need different things in a crucial time frame yet lack the ability to pass critical information from one employee to another that should be as simple as a phone call. For this reason I suggest that people requiring professional interpreting services look elsewhere for such needs.

I cannot thank this agency enough for the awesome job. The people that work there are extremely helpful, easy to talk to, and reply to emails fast. The agency is willing to make as many corrections as you need, and they tell you how much it will cost right away. Their prices are really fair, and overall it was pleasant to work with them!

Where do I start? This establishment is very disorganized. The staff is rude and the management is very unprofessional. The translation project had multiple errors and had to be sent back. The director is very rude and doesn't attempt to resolve any issues when they arise. Also, the services are overpriced for the work performed. The so-called director has no clue of how to resolve any issues; instead she blames her staff for their lack of quality. Clearly, no place I would recommend to anyone. Advice to owner: don't be so greedy and think of building a reputation instead of taking money from clients.

Due to COVID-19, we had to host all of our programs online, via Zoom. The interpreters are extremely adept and prepared to provide services virtually, along with being prompt and very friendly to work with.
