As someone currently working in the medical field I can say that this company is mismanaged and truly lacks effective communication between their staff members. It seems that different employees in the companies need different things in a crucial time frame yet lack the ability to pass critical information from one employee to another that should be as simple as a phone call. For this reason I suggest that people requiring professional interpreting services look elsewhere for such needs.
