Where do I start? This establishment is very disorganized. The staff is rude and the management is very unprofessional. The translation project had multiple errors and had to be sent back. The director is very rude and doesn't attempt to resolve any issues when they arise. Also, the services are overpriced for the work performed. The so-called director has no clue of how to resolve any issues; instead she blames her staff for their lack of quality. Clearly, no place I would recommend to anyone. Advice to owner: don't be so greedy and think of building a reputation instead of taking money from clients.
