Fine bookstore with ample choice and helpful sellers

Outstanding large bookseller in and adjacent to Post Utrecht, the monumental former postoffice building. The store counts multiple floors, a coffee bar, and places to sit to peruse the books and magazines that you may want to acquire here.

Wonderful a temple for book lovers. Dutch artists, crime fiction fans, hobbies, children's books and much more. I have been coming here since I studied in Utrecht and I am thrilled every time.

Large and complete bookstore. It has a secondhand and international section. Also a pretty big section with graphic novels. Please be aware that it can be really crowded during the weekends.

Nice bookstore, big too, and also the 2nd hand department is reasonably priced. Nice staff too. It used to be De Slegte and there were slightly more cupboards with books, but you don't really notice that anymore.

In Utrecht the bookstore with the largest collection. Right in the middle of town beneath the historic library. Worth a visit if you're in Utrecht and like books.
