We hired Padgett Communications after an exhaustive search of multiple companies providing electronic balloting to conduct our election of the VI Episcopal Bishop of Arizona.
We couldn't be happier with our decision to use Padgett! The WHOLE team, from sales through technical consult and execution to company owner, were as personable as they were professional! They were all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and answered every question we had patiently and to our complete satisfaction.
For us, an organization rooted in tradition (as a Diocese, we represent 60 churches in the state of Arizona with over 400 voting delegates, both Clergy and Laity), abandoning our old methods of balloting and tabulating results of resolutions and candidates and moving into new technology, was definitely an "act of faith" for us! We feel that having Padgett as our partner in this transition made everyone involved with this year's Arizona Episcopal Convention election breathe easily and let go of an outdated method of conducting business as we step into a new future.

Our conference experience with Padgett Communications was positive from the onset--from the demonstration to the actual voting event. The staff were quick to respond with each concern we had by phone, email, and by text previous to the conference. During the voting, they were kind, always ready to answer questions, explain a process or change a process to help us achieve our goal. Their interaction with the audience was fantastic. They showed patience and knowledge of their product. We were so grateful to have them alongside. Would choose Padgett again with no hesitation.

We were hosting an event for 500+ people in Punta Cana and wanted to have a game that we could have the audience participate, Wi-Fi can be questionable in the Caribbean, so we looked into Audience Response System. I had gone to 3 different companies for information and quotes, Padgett was reasonable price, not the lowest but definitely the best. Their team from sales to onsite technician were amazing from start to finish. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

We have been thinking of using Padgett at our national sales meeting for many years and we finally made the decision to give it a try and we're so glad we did! Not only did it keep our sales team engaged through the entire meeting, but they told us it was one of the best meetings we ever had. They loved the fact that they could share their feedback in real time and this feedback help us create strong strategic conversations. Also, after the meeting, we had the opportunity to share the data from the sales team with our internal team, so they can use this information for forecasting. We made the right decision and plan to use them again in the future!
