I really don't recommend their service. Our IP phones can't receive any phone calls over 24 hours. But BroadConnect still have no solution for us. At first, they just said it is the issue on our end. But after we told them, our Internet provider double checked and confirmed there's no problem on our side. Then they are silent. Now our business is 50% stopped. They are killing our business.

I strongly encourage all interested clients to look elsewhere. Security and customer service are a weak point for BroadConnect. After arguing with their customer service for days over system downtime, they finally relented and started looking a bit deeper.
To their surprise, someone was attempting to hack our account, and it was continually locked out. When I complained to customer service, they blame me for not being on their network.

Do not jeopardize your business with Broadconnect. They start out as a great company. With a salesman who probably went to the Less Nessman school of sales ( No disrespect Less) Once they got the sale. The company and staff go from Hero to Zero!. They do try to fix issues but they simply do not know how. Their email and voice mail boxes are full. If you are going to use Broadconnect make sure you have a dedicated IT and or VOIP specialist on your payroll. Broadconnect has cost us thousands of dollars in lost revenue and more importantly is hurting my companies reputation as many think we are not returning calls when in reality we are simply not receiving them as we thought we would and have never been showed how to use all the options which is supposed to make running our business more efficient.

I definitely wouldn't recommend Broadconnect for VOIP phone or internet! They are very expensive! Our internet connect was very poor and it took them over 1-year to figure out what the problem with our modem was. We are saving over 50% with our new provider which gets us a much faster internet connection.

This company has horrible customer service. since connecting in December our phones have not worked consistently for more than a couple weeks and when we try to get help they insult us, act like we're stupid and blame us for the problems. We asked for a tech to come by and help but the didn't send one so we ended up doing research online to fix the problem ourselves, BTW if your a woman they truly believe you don't know anything about technology proved by after our female IT person told them that she was one they still tried to explain the difference between a modem and a router.

Big Al's Aquarium Headoffice and Corporate locations have moved over to Broad-Connect Telecom Inc about 2 years ago now, the transition was seamless and well executed. Very minimal downtime experienced.
We have several locations and services provided from Broad-Connect, which includes hosted PBX cloud solution, Call Centre Application, VDSL connections at our store locations and 100 MB Fibre connection for our Headoffice location. We recently expanded to the US market using the same system.
Service has been great from day one. Quality of service is 100% better that what we experienced from our previous provider. Functionality of Broad-Connect service has allowed us to do more with our system and will allow us to expand service to our Franchise locations in the future. We are finally on the right platform to grow our business further.
Our only regrets with this entire process is that we should have done the move a lot sooner.

We've used Broadconnect at our office for over 5 years and have been very satisfied with their service and pricing. Compared to some competitors, they really offer a truly flexible and impressive list of features. The service uptime is pretty good. A few times we had to call the support (call quality wasn't great and one time new phones configuration got reset), but overall - Broadconnect is a great VoIP provider.

We had one of their tech guys come in to fix a internet issue while we had internet with them, ended up knocking out our internet and phones, left to go to another job that was apparently more important and left us with no phones or internet for more than a day. Re-occuring muffled/drop calls still continued, billed us for 8 months of internet service that we didnt have through them anymore. Ended up terminated their services due to these problems and more, now they are trying to charge us over $4k. What a joke!
