After a week of empty promises to get office phone & internet back up and operating was very frustrating. Our business was on the verge of shutting down. Unable to conduct daily business activities due to the inefficient and unprofessional services. All Broad- Connect claims to be reliable has proven to be BS. After speaking someone by the name of Tom over a period of a week -whom neither competent or capable to resolve or head me in the right direction to get my business internet or phone services back up and working.
