We have been having issues with internet and VOIP phones for 4 months. Problems are persistent and never solved. Our equipment was replaced with outdated equipment that was heald together with scotch tape. Tech support tries to help, but nothing is getting solved. We were assigned an account rep who became invisible and could not be contacted by us for help.
WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had with a phone company.
