I strongly encourage all interested clients to look elsewhere. Security and customer service are a weak point for BroadConnect. After arguing with their customer service for days over system downtime, they finally relented and started looking a bit deeper.

To their surprise, someone was attempting to hack our account, and it was continually locked out. When I complained to customer service, they blame me for not being on their network.

BroadConnect is a company without the expertise or staff to handle your business needs. Unfortunately, this is a lesson I had to learn the hard way.
