We paid for full packing which we did not get.
The packet did half the job and then walked off leaving my house unlocked. I'd offered to leave a set of keys and had refused as "I'll be here until you get home".
The next day we were threatened with extra charges as the moving staff had to complete the packing which made the while day run later.
The office staff fobbed us off completely and were disinterested in our complaint.
In the end we had to pack the remainder ourselves to avoid paying a late fine.
This company do not care about their customers and are not interested in providing a service or responding to problems.

We could not be happier with the service we had from Britannia. Right from the initial phone call to book in the surveyor, to the follow up calls after we moved.
Ralph initially came out to survey what was to be moved and to quote us and to provide plenty of good advice. Not only was Britannia's quote the most competitive we received, it was more thorough and the extras (such as late key insurance and cancelation insurance) were also more competitively priced. When booking, Britannia was as flexible as they could be. This certainly helped with the stress of getting a confirmed completion date that worked with the removals. On the day the removal guys (Paul and Tyler) were just amazing, nothing was too much trouble. They took very good care of our items and very good care of the house we were moving from and too. They had a professional, happy and (most importantly) stress free attitude and just made the day so much easier.
If you haven't had Britannia out to quote for your move, do so! They deliver on what they say they will do and beyond. They are a great company with truly wonderful, caring staff. Thank you for making our day brilliant and as stress free as possible - Matt & Kirsty

We used Britannia Bearsbys a while ago for an international move. I was immediately taken in by the friendly professionalism of the staff there (special thanks to Paul!). They had the quotation out to me very quickly and were always on hand to answer questions whenever needed. The guys were great. They were quick and happy to go the extra mile for us. I would be happy to recommend this company to my friends and family.

Superb experience from start to finish with these guys. The salesman was polite and informative, gave us options as opposed to try and force services upon us.
On our moving day the crew that turned up were beyond efficient and nothing was a problem for them, any of our worries were soon quelled. Before unloading at the new house all the carpets were covered with tape so as not to mark them. The organisation and speed at which they unloaded with care and consideration for belongings and the house was so professional.
Next time we move I shall not even bother contacting anybody else.

These clowns were doing a job outside my house. As they couldn't find a suitable space to park the drivers mate took it upon himself to bump a neighbours car 25 feet down the road. When challenged he became abusive, shouting and swearing. Eventually he was picked up by another van and taken away after numerous people complained. His behaviour was shameful. Absolutely classless and vile. Wouldn't use this company if these are the creatures they employ. Avoid at all costs.
