Extremely poor customer service and rude staff. Had an issue regarding slings and chain inspections book 1 month prior, call up a month later to ask when there tech was to come and inspect, and was told I would have to wait another month! Customer service representative, did not care about anything regarding the issue and basically told me to wait or nothing will happen! Piss poor for a family company that doesn't care anymore!
Used to be good, this time I've waited a week for some balustrade fittings and cable. I am still waiting and will probably have to delay my job again, I don't think that I will deal with them again due to such poor service. Very disappointed!!!

I cannot call the 1300 number from Mongolia which makes it very hard to contact you over phone. Any solutions to this problem? or are there any different numbers I can call?
