We could not be happier with the service we had from Britannia. Right from the initial phone call to book in the surveyor, to the follow up calls after we moved.
Ralph initially came out to survey what was to be moved and to quote us and to provide plenty of good advice. Not only was Britannia's quote the most competitive we received, it was more thorough and the extras (such as late key insurance and cancelation insurance) were also more competitively priced. When booking, Britannia was as flexible as they could be. This certainly helped with the stress of getting a confirmed completion date that worked with the removals. On the day the removal guys (Paul and Tyler) were just amazing, nothing was too much trouble. They took very good care of our items and very good care of the house we were moving from and too. They had a professional, happy and (most importantly) stress free attitude and just made the day so much easier.
If you haven't had Britannia out to quote for your move, do so! They deliver on what they say they will do and beyond. They are a great company with truly wonderful, caring staff. Thank you for making our day brilliant and as stress free as possible - Matt & Kirsty
