The worst insurance company I have EVER dealt with...

The worst insurance company I have EVER dealt with. Appalling customer service. Do not take out O2 insurance with them. One month without phone as they told me they could not source a replacement which I find impossible to believe given the size of the company. The guy I spoke with offered me a cheaper handset but said I would have to continue paying for the more expensive handset.. he then couldn't understand why that would be a problem and just kept repeating himself and said there was no supervisors available to help me... I just gave up and canceled my insurance
