One of the most important reasons I chose Vision Masters for my annual eye exam and glasses purchase is because Dr. Mignona is professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. The staff is attentive and professional, and they always give me their honest opinion of my frame choices and what looks good on my face. Additionally, I like supporting small business owners.

So I have been going to this place for darn near 10 years and today I was insulted by the receptionist telling me that I needed to give them a secured credit card because of too many cancellations done by family members of mine and not myself. How the heck did I control what others do. So basically what she was telling me was that they wanted my card so that if my relatives make appointments and cancelled I'm responsible. ARE THEY OUT OF THEIR MIND? If it was my doing I take full responsibility, but for other grown folks No! The doctors there are GREAT, but the service I received today I can't believe I received after so many years of service I given them. This has nothing to do with the credit card cause I can give that its the point that I was told I had to give one due to other's doing. RETHINK how y'all made a long time client feel. I referred many new clients that were not family members. I now know my service meant nothing.

I was here for a glasses & contacts exam. Dr. Mignogna gave me probably the best and most thorough eye exam I've had. I've been prescribed regular contacts all my life even though I've been told I have some astigmatism in one eye. Dr. M went the extra mile to test me using an astigmatism contact in that eye, which noone had ever done before, and it made a noticeable difference (for the better). He is attentive and great at his profession. The rest of the staff was also very nice and helpful. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Matt Mignogna promptly noted a retinal tear during a routine optometric examination and referred me quickly to a local eye surgeon where I was treated successfully, saving sight in that eye. I recommend this practice highly. They participate in VSP insurance as well as my Blue Cross plan.

I was against going back to the eye doctor because I could see fine, yet I had terrible headaches. After my family had insisted on me going to Vision Masters I decided to give it a try. Needless to say Dr. M was very concerned for my constant headaches and after an exam, it was determined that I was in desperate need of contacts/glasses due to the strain I was giving my eyes. I gave him the quick decision to have contacts, and he worked with me to find the best contacts for my eyes. Overall, he and his workers are all very nice people and I recommend this practice to anyone young or old!

Vision Masters has the best service. Dr.Mignogna is a great and caring doctor, never had a doctor like him and the staff is wonderful. Definetly recommended #1 in Lehigh Valley. Thank you for everything.
