I have had this insurance company for years..so I decided to call them for a quote for my son who is purchasing a new home..well I spoke to John and he told me that I would have the quote that same day..well many days passed no quote..I called again about a week or 10 days later..the woman advised me that John was in a meeting and would let him know I called..well still nothing..so I called today and asked the woman Gina to email me my coverage information..I also told her the situation that I explained above..she than said I will let John know..I said to her that she can tell John that I am going to get another company to handle my home..one thing I hate is when someone tells you something and they never follow through...
So before you deal with this agency think twice..I will be looking elsewhere ...
