Best arena in the nation....and I've been to a lot of them!

Home of the Nashville Predators, and a great place to catch a concert

They are so organized. This was the quickest we ever entered an arena that included going through their security. They checked everyone's bag and we went through the metal detector. I was so impressed.

Seats are comfy! Food is always good! We've been to Bridgestone for every kind of event and have never had a bad experience! Go Preds!

Not a bad seat in the house... Staff was friendly and courteous...

I go to 20 nhl arenas every season and this was by far the worst arena and nasty fans I've encountered next to Philadelphia. Never going back.

Great time of worship with Chris Tomlin, Lauren Daigle & Max Lucado in Bridgestone Arena

My guy and I went to our first hockey game there and loved it. The place is huge and has many choices for food. All around good experience.

Terrific good time at Bridgestone. Very clean with comfortable seats. Staff very helpful and friendly.

We came here for Monster Jam. The arena was very clean and organized. The event staff were great and so helpful. We really enjoy coming to Bridgestone and look forward to future events here.

The show was great! Lovation was great and the inside nice and clean but the only issue was that the seating was very tight. Seating was not made made for someone who has thighs and hips. Very painful...

U2 was awesome! Seats were way too cramped. I'm 5'4" and 135# and I was squished. The very large guy to my left didn't come close to fitting in his seat.

Typical arena. Some of the seats are so narrow that an average size adults hips are wider than the arm rests. 5.00 for a bottle of water, was typically outrageous arena pricing.

Loved the CMT Awards tonight!!!!!! You have the most friendly staff!!!!

When ever we go to Bridgestone we always have a good time. Washrooms clean. Employees always make you feel welcome

Sitting at CMAS wishing I could see better from the nose bleed section. Paid alot for tickets and even the big screens are blocked by lighting equipment. You would think the CMAS would have some compassion for the small town person wanting to see something special! !!

Maintained very well! Clean facility, restrooms, etc. Concessions are pricy $9.50 for a large drink. Overall very happy with our experience!

The people in the seating area could not help me find my seat. I was told that I was in the wrong area, but actually I was in the right area. Was told that the section letters were in the floor. I didn't have a light. How in the hell was I supposed to find it in the dark. People at the entrance were great.

Venue of the year again. Good place for sports, music or whatever.

Love going to concerts here. Afterwards there are so many bars with live music. I love Nashville!

I have never not had a ball at all events here! Drinks and food very pricey. Eat b4 u go unless u can afford it.

Friday March 22nd I came to Bridgestone with my husband to see Mumford and Sons for our birthdays. We love some Mumford and Sons I was pumped. A little after 8 pm, we were inside and decided to go to the bathroom before going to our seats. As I was waiting in line, I felt an odd warmness and looked down to realize I had a nosebleed. Being a nurse for years, the sight of blood normally does not cause a reaction for me. Unfortunately for whatever reason, I began feeling bad, by the time I had reached the hallway I had to stop and sit because I was falling. I was cold, clammy, shaking, diaphoretic, etc. My husband asked repeatedly if I was okay and I finally told him to get a medic. He found someone quickly and within a minute, I had a large group of medics wheeling me to first aid with the help of the Bridgestone event coordinator. She walked out front clearing a path for us to make sure we got there quickly. Once we got to first aid, I began to become more alert- still weak, blood pressure low. We decided to go to Vanderbilt ED as I have never had anything like this happen. It was truly the scariest experience of my life. Thank goodness it was vasovagal syncope with no underlying medical cause so I will be fine. The way they took such great care of us in the short time we were there is beyond thank you's. They were caring and concerned and made sure I was stable. They also consoled my husband as he was very upset, as I'm sure anyone would have been. Absolutely wonderful group of people working there. Even though we are sad we didnt get to actually see Mumford and Sons, I'm thankful there were people that made this very scary situation a little less scary. To the wonderful medics and event coordinator- thank you from both of us!

Convenient, clean theater with good acoustics at the heart of Nashville! There are plenty of options for concessions inside the doors, and the staff is polite and helpful.

Great for Preds games, decent beer selections. Food choices better on main level than on upper level.

Definitely one of my favorite places on Earth, Go Preds!!!

Saw Paul Simon play. Show was great, but they did mess up my inlaws tickets and they missed the first quarter of the show getting it sorted. Staff was friendly and professional.

Probably the best arena I've been. Facilities are unbelievable and the staff were very helpful. So easy to be served unlike other venues. Been to watch Nashville Predators tonight. Never been to Hockey game before but the whole setup was brilliant

went to go see Janet Jackson oh my God but the seats are just a little bit too tight two big people cannot sit side-by-side but other than that Janet was on point

Nice venue. Plenty of restrooms and food options. Super expensive alcohol.

The place is great, there are events there year-round and rarely does anything ever go wrong.

Bad experience went for pit pass on monster. Jam at 10 and was told couldn't smoke to event started at 1

Great venue for concerts, hockey games, and other events.

The staff are usually helpful and they have all kinds of restaurants and bars throughout the stadium. I can't think of anything bad about Bridgestone Arena in all honesty.

If you are visiting Nashville and something is going on, I would highly recommend checking it out.

Went and saw Godsmack and Shinedown here. We had a great time

The staff was very helpful and getting through the gate and to my seat was quick was easy.

It speaks for itself really. I only go to see artists I enjoy so of course I have a good time when I go lol.
Security can be a little touchy sometimes but it's understandable

Awesome arena and music venue. I've seen several bands here and it's always a great experience. Getting in and out is always easy, and never crowded or stressful.

We love going there watching concerts or watching the preds play all around fun

Great venue to see Queen. Excellent dinner at the Palm, across the street, as well as valet parking after eating while the event occurs. Bridgestone is a little to in love with it's sports memorabilia, EVERYWHERE. But good viewing, fair sound system.
