I went to the Disturbed concert and it was awesome. There were multiple vendors selling t-shirts throughout the arena so that it was quicker and easier to buy what was wanted. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to a fight that happened two rows infront of me. The only downside I saw was the seats are so small, every one was shoulder to shoulder, lucky for me that I'm short so I had leg room unlike my 5'9" brother that has legs for days as he just said
Loved the venue. Easy parking. Well staffed with professional and courteous people. The seats seats were just a smidge too small for a man of girth. I've been in tighter places though. Crowd management was exemplary.
Bridgestone area is a wonderful new feeling venue of the highest quality. Even sitting up in the 300 level nosebleeds I had a good view of the predators game. The chairs are comfortable and there is plenty of room. The atmosphere is like nothing else and for that alone I highly recommend. Concerts are also good in this venue.
I'm a 100% disabled vet with heart issues and diabetes. I don't drink caffeine or drinks with sugar. I walked completely around the arena and saw coke products to include Sprite but no diet Sprite. I talked to two individuals and asked about diet Sprite and suggested they add it to sell. They told the food and beverage manager, Tim Donavan who left after midnight and was back at 5:30. Somewhere doing that 5 and a half hours Tim went to a grocery store and bought a 6 pack of Sprite Zero just for me. So hats off to Tim Donvan and his staff. Customer service at it's best. Many thanks.
Great place, great security, and easy to get around in the heart of town. Only downside I could find is the seats are right on top of each other. Your knees really hit the seat in front of you. If anyone had to get up to go out the entire row had to move to let them out. Great experience! !!
A great location for a concert. Not a bad seat in the arena. You will also enjoy the beer stands, whiskey pits, and food vendors as you walk around the venue. We all had a great time inside the Bridgestone Arena.
Went for a concert. While we had tickets that allowed for early entry, not only did we not get in early, they had roped off our section and it took until AFTER the show started to straighten things out! Come on!
Great facility, easy to get around and very friendly & helpful staff. In the 300s yet didn't feel like we were viewing the game from a mile away. Go PREDS!
Went to see Huey Lewis & the News and Jimmy Buffett New Year's Eve. The show was great! :) The venue was the worst I've ever experienced bar none. The temp was about 15* with a stiff wind, but the doors that were supposed to open at 7:00 didn't open until around 7:40. Nice!
The seats (rolling eyes) They can't possibly be over 14" wide and the built in sippy cup holders encroached another 2" on either side. I'm on a platelet thinner and the sides of my hips are literally black. I'm 6'2" and my knees encroached a good 4" over the top of the seat in front of me. I'm thankful that the seat was unoccupied. Not so for my smallish daughter who's about 5'4" 135#'s. She said that every muscle in her body ached because she had to contort herself to keep from kneeing the woman in front of her.
We all agreed that there was no way we'd ever go there again. It was a miserable seating experience. Once inside I did find the staff were all friendly. To all those hard working men and women--a big thumb's up! :)
This is a great stadium. if you've ever had the chance to go to a predators game here you would know... I have also been to multiple concerts here and always have a great time... I highly recommend experiencing the vip treatment by getting box seats to a preds game. its worth it
Lorde/Run The Jewels concert. Sound system was superb. All the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Very clean inside and out. Only bad comment I could give, I'm 6'2, and the seating was a little tight for my knees, but overall, was decent. Have also been here for Preds games. The atmosphere is outrageously fun and electric! Would highly recommend would any event.
Not a good venue for Concerts. At least not for the Dave Matthews Band. Something about the building threw off the sound or the sound engineer did not compensate for an indoor venue. Usually, DMB plays in amphitheatres. By far the worse DMB concert we have attended ever and we have seen many. So disappointed. I hope DMB received feedback after the Concert so that corrective action is taken. Will not return.
My family and I travelled here from Windsor, Ontario, Canada probably about five years ago now in November. We wanted to see Nashville but also take in a Predators game. We had purchased the tickets online, and ended up getting seats in the nose bleed area. It didn't really bother us at all as we wanted just to go to as many arenas as possible. There was a shuttle from our hotel that took us right to the rink. Which was nice, because during game time in downtown Nashville it is super busy and a party! Tailgates, wonderful music on every street corner, I have never seen anything like that for an NHL game. Being from Canada, we didn't have an Nashville fan wear so we opted to wear our team Canada jerseys. When we arrived at the arena, we had time before the game so we walked around to see what was around, beautiful rink, with lots of music and food options. When we got to our floor of the arena we ran into a gentleman who works for the arena. Nicely dressed, all access pass around his neck. He complimented our jerseys and loved that we drove 10 hours just to see a hockey game. He asked if this is where we were sitting and told him "yes." He then upgraded out seats! He gave us four tickets, lower bowl in the corner, twelve rows from the ice! Wow what an experieince. After Nashville we were gonna be driving to St. Louis, no such luck on upgraded seats in St. Louis but what a great time in Nashville!
Fun building and friendly staff. First Nashville Preds game that we have gone to. Not what I expected the fan support to be like, didn't seem like the local fans got into the game very much like they seem to have during the last 2 playoff runs. A little disappointing that the fan excitement wasn't there as well as the expectation for the game play not resembling that of a team in second place in their conference. Every team has bad games though and overall the experience was fun.
Bridgestone Arena was the worst, most dangerous arena I have ever been in. I will NOT go back. People got bottlenecked at the top of the escalator and was pushing and knocking people down. They opened their doors 30 mins late. Handicapped folks standing in line. It was awful. Then if you Valet parked, $40.00 and we had to go get the car on our own because Nashville closed the streets. I can tell ya, downtown Nashville is dirty, beggars on most corners.(with permits) I used to live here and loved this town. Now, I can't stand it....
