This is a must do for all adventure seekers while in Sydney. The views from the bridge and priceless. Also the tour is worth every dollar and our tour guide Scott was very entertaining, fun, and knowledgeable on the history of Sydney and this beautiful bridge.
This was the highlight of our trip. Amazing climb, history, and leader of our group. I recommend this to anyone in the area for a few hours. A ton of great places around this after the climb is over!
Went on the bridge climb today for my bf birthday. Bree our climb guide was amazing. She was so knowledgeable about the area. Great personality. Always smiling. Made us so happy and excited to come again. If booking a climb ask for Bree she s the one to climb with.
Must do in Sydney! The tour guide was amazing and the views was breathtaking
I bought this tour as a present. One photo was included. But in real for free you get only group photo. If you want personal you need pay extra. And you not allowed to take personal camera. Prise to high, not worth that money.
Excellent experience! You also learn the history of the bridge and how it was built.
Best ever experience...loved our climb leader Samantha/Sam
I think this would be one of the best experiences in Sydney. It's actually quite easy and simple and not at all difficult it seems out to be. The Staff of the bridgeclimb is funny helpful cheerful and quite knowledgable. Makes for a fun time. Might be a tad bit expensive overall considering what you get out of it but i still highly liked the experience.
Great fun and an excellent experience. The night climb is amazing. Guides are very nice and helpful. This can take quite a while, so plan around four hours to get there on time, set up and do the climb. Probably not much parking, so best to get a ride in. Don't bring much more than yourself, the team provides almost everything.
The tour guides know their stuff, are funny, friendly, kind and great with people. The views are totally worth it. It's not strenuous or hard physically. Totally recommended
Despite being a huge operation with around 2,000 people undertaking the climb daily it was a very good person experience. It takes around and hour to gear up and be ready so make sure to use the toilets before suiting up. Our guide was really nice, chatty, took some great photos.
Your free photo is a group picture, you don't get to choose which is a shame so be prepared to spend more money for the good pictures.
Awesome experience with friendly and smart guides. Well-organized and orderly, fun for everybody!
Absolutely amazing. The view was unbelievable and I would definitely do it 10000x times again and recommend it to everyone. Try and get Scott as your Tour Guide for the climb!!! He was the best.
I can imagine how spectacular this would be on a good day. Unfortunately visibility was poor but our guide was fabulous.
An iconic Australian must do. Amazing views and super informative
I was in Australia with the in-laws and a big group of us did the bridge climb. We did the longer one, but you could have easily gone for the shorter one as they all take in the breathtakign views at the top! This is a MUST if you are in Sydney!
Nice short climbing on Sidney Harbour Bridge. Beautiful view of the harbour and surrounding area. In good weather, we can see the ocean from the distance. It is pretty popular attraction that reservation is recommended. The climb is quite easy and does not require top physical condition. A healthy young to old person should be able to reach the top.
Loved the bridge climb. The greatest experience for me in Sydney!!
The staffs is very professional..The view from the top of Harbor Bridge is unforgettable..But I didn't expect to pay extra money for pictures...
Beautiful view of the harbour from a unique venue! I will do it again but go all the way to the top. I did the half climb this time.
Went with Summit BridgeClimb today, with my family and friend. What a wonderful experience climbing the Australian icon, Harbour Bridge. With our guide name Scott, not realise 3.5 hours just flies that fast.
Climbing up is safe and not as hard as I thought, not even feel tired since we stop in certain stairs while Scott explained the history and tell us the informations surrounding the harbour. The scenery from the top of the bridge is very beautiful.
Climbing down also fun, and then we walking in the path when the train railing on top of our head.
Scott taking our pictures beautifully, we went home with the certificate to remember the great experience forever. Very high recommending to do the BridgeClimb Sydney.
Thank you to Scott and the team.
Climb to the top of Sydney Harbor and experience a bit of a challenge with a reward of the most breathtaking views of Sydney Harbor imaginable.
It was a wonderful experience and so organised. I was nervous but would absolutely do it again. If you are scared of heights a night climb is the best, especially for Vivid. The disco floor at the top was fun. Jackson the climb leader was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, funny and supportive. I would also eat before hand because it can take 3.5 hours from start to finish! I would highly recommend this experience.
Great experience, our guide Zoe was excellent with great knowledge, very pleasant and answered a lot of questions. She was very patient with the lady who was scared and constantly put her at ease. Rest of the staff were also great and willing to chat.
A M A Z I N G !!! This was an experience I'll never forget! Do this when you're in Sydney and you will remember it forever! Incredible views of the harbour and Sydney Opera House. You are not permitted to bring cameras or cell phones on the climb, but after your climb you can purchase photos they take of you at the top.
Views on the way up are beautiful, views from the top are spectacular. Guide was knowledgeable, friendly, chatty but also highly professional. Some of the rules (no cameras, no phones ...) are a bit over the top but apparently they are needed to satisfy 'elf and safety in order to keep their license to operate. My only real criticism is that it is/was pretty expensive.
Recommend it to anyone to do at least once, even if you are from Sydney like me. I don't really like heights so it was a bit of a challenge but you are in a harness & always clipped onto a safety line so there's no chance of falling. I went on a perfect day & the view from the top is stunning, amazing & unforgettable. There's no better city in the world.
These guys are incredible. The support staff are a little numb time tourists but our guide, Aaron, was incredible and very friendly. They are extremely organized with all of the equipment that you have to put on and all of the training you need to get through. Make sure you eat before you go - it s a 3.5 hr experience. Well done. Loved it.
Had a amazing experience. We did a evening time which was pretty good time to view the lights of the city and opera house. Surprise my husband for his birthday. We also had a amazing tour guide. It's not scary, only few stair are steep to climb.
As if you haven't heard it enough already, you need to do this. As a matter of fact don't come to Sydney unless you do go on this climb. The views are breathtaking! Our guide Deb was awesome, very knowledgeable and took the time to answer every question we had and made us feel safe and secure on our adventure. Thanks folks for a great experience I'll never forget!
Went with my mum as an early birthday present and it was a great experience. The view was gorgeous despite the rainy weather plus we had a nice and funny guide.
Awesome trip, really worth it and not dangerous at all. But a bit expensive. It takes about 2.5-3h
Amazing experience. Mitch, out guide, was funny and informative
Great walk to the summit and back with a too notch guide. Jackson provided many interesting fact about the bridge and Sydney generally. Very interesting and well worth it.
One of the Mandatory things to do in Sydney. Little bit expensive but do not miss the experience. Specially once you are on the top of the bridge the view is amazing. And the good thing is you can get photos. Well that's another expensive thing. They don't allow you to carry anything wile you are climbing. I will definitely recommend this adventure.
The Bridge Climb is the best thing to do in Sydney if you can afford it, once in a lifetime bucklist stuff there.
Great experience. Can be scary but the tour leaders are great and talk you through it all
Great experience, we did twilight climb, would highly recommend, as all staff are patient, knowledgeable and friendly, being able to do this was made easier by them.
Brilliant amazing not to be confused with the Tyne bridge
Climbing the harbour bridge truly is a once in a lifetime experience. We had a fantastic guide and (obviously) amazing views over Sydney! The only thing I didn't like was the photo trap at the end of the tour. I had to pay another AUD 60 for 10 pics on a USB drive.
A must do whilst in Sydney, great guide gave us plenty of information
Honestly one of the best things I've done in Australia, our guide was asking at giving us loads of information about our surroundings on the way up and was hilarious the whole time. Would recommend to anyone!
A uniquely Sydney experience. Loved seeing my city from a new perspective. Tour guides are funny and informative. A lovely way to indulge and learn about my city. I think this is a great gift idea for someone who has everything! I would love to do it again at dawn or sunset.
I've always wanted to do a BridgeClimb and I was not disappointed! The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make participants feel comfortable & answer questions about the climb. The actual climb was amazing with breathtaking views of the Sydney Harbor & beyond!
I'll let you in on a secret. There's fireworks on Australia day and it's a great view from the bridge
I've done the bridge climb twice now. It's absolutely amazing. This is a "must do" excursion for anyone wanting to get the full tour of Sydney. It is 100% safe. This "tour" for lack of a better term has been thought out to the nth degree. The safety measures are brilliantly designed. I'm an engineer and I was in augh. The climbing part is fun as heck and the views at the top are breathtaking. Let them take your photos and make the purchase. It will be a great conversation piece in your house for years to come. The climb is not too difficult or physically challenging so its fun for all ages as long as your not afraid of heights. Do it, you'll love it. Just book it way in advance because it fills up fast. For my 2nd climb we booked it before we left for Sydney.
The Sydney BridgeClimb was one of my favorite things I did while in Australia! The view from the top and the whole experience was unlike any other I've seen/done (and that includes the view from the Eiffel Tower). It is super expensive, so I definitely wouldn't do it more than once, but it is worth it to experience it one time. I really enjoyed going during the day because everything was so clear to see. The guide was really great and I really enjoyed hearing the history of the area.Heads up they recommend only wearing underwear under the jumpsuit because of the heat (and you will probably sweat), so please consider this when you choose an outfit! :)
Great experience, went up on a cold and miserable day but the staff kept enthusiasm high, and not in an in-genuine way either. Highly recommend it for the history lesson too.
An excellent experience all round, from checking in, getting gear on, to the journey through the bridge to the top. We went on the express climb which enabled us to go through the workings of the bridge, rather than a steady climb up the arch. Very helpful guide Luke made the time with him fun and informative. Great views. highly recommended to do in Sydney.
Wanted to document the climb on my GoPro but wasn't allowed even though I had a secure head and chest mount. After paying $370+ for the ticket I then was asked to pay more for photos which is a bit of a joke. Still enjoyed the climb nonetheless.
Really nice views, the guide was (Natalie) was excellent! They provided great pics (worth purchasing). They were a little over the top on security which was somewhat annoying. I believe in strict security especially for a structure like that. But even with that said, it was a bit ridiculous.
Overall though, well worth the price and highly recommend doing this!
Wonderful experience. Totally enjoyed the journey. Fearful at first but the guide and staff have been very reassuring. The protective gears are kept in really good condition and the items used were well maintained. Didn't think much of it at first but the view is amazing. Expensive but once in your life experience.
Did the night climb - best time to do it in my opinion. Watching the city light up in front of you is stunning and well worth it. Our guide Brianna was absolutely amazing - friendly, encouraging, knowledgeable and full of terrible jokes. If you're scared of heights, don't worry; I guarantee that you won't be the only one. On our climb we had at least 5 people who were quite nervous. There's a simulation of the bridge climb that you'll do beforehand - just to give you a feel for it. There was no shame in admitting nerves - in fact, I found that all the nervous climbers banded together and helped each other along. Great for a group of friends to do. Be warned, they will breath test you before you climb, so no shots of liquid courage!
A must do for ticking off the bucket list! Better than I thought! Loved every moment, our guide was funny and very knowledgeable, such a good time!
Excellent experience with helpful guides. Great views along the way. Only consider if reasonably fit and not too 'plus-sized', there's some very narrow spaces to climb through.
Very safe for pedestrians walk as well from The Rocks to Milsons Point
Very interesting experience, expected much more difficult challenge than it was. It is very easy to climb, and actual climb is pretty short, the majority of time takes the preparation. The views from the bridge are spectacular!
Unfortunately it is not allowed to bring anything with you, even camera, so you need to buy pictures from them. When you pay such a big price for an experience, at least few pictures could be included to the package. It was a great experience, but very expensive as well, so when friends are asking was it worth, I can't answer this easily.
Amazing staff and definitely an experience worth doing.
Had an absolute ball our tour guide was fantastic very knowledgeable of the history of the bridge and surrounding areas highly recommend this activity
Amazing experience! We were booked in for our climb on a super foggy morning as it turned out. They kindly offered us the option to re-schedule (which they didn't have to do). We climbed the following day with clear skies and sunshine. Our guide Mitch was Awesome. Not only knowledgeable and very funny but made everyone feel super comfortable and safe! Really made the experience. Highly recommend
Such a great experience and the weather was beautiful which made Sydney look even prettier
Great experience. Amazing views of Sydney. Easy climb. Staff are very pleasant and they ensure you have an enjoyable experience while they tell many historical facts about the bridge.
This was a fun experience. I really liked how they are so safety oriented. A bit extreme by making you take a breathalyzer and go through a metal detector but as long as it keeps people safe, I am for it. I took off one star because of the price. They do let you have the group photo but it would have been nice to have the photo of yourself or your own group instead of the included strangers. Guides were nice people.
It was the 2nd time I climbed it and I would do it again recommend it to anyone that can walk!!
It was so good spent the extra money to go right to the top if u r thinking about doing it
Once in a lifetime experience! Our tour guide was FANTASTIC!
Climb of your life time, with it! Bring my 8 years old daughter to climb with me, she love it so much.
We did the night climb and it was such an awesome unforgettable experience. Highly recommended. It is abit on the pricey side but well worth it and I recommend you do the night climb instead of the day one as the views of the whole city lit up is the best.
The best ever experience. Fantastic. A must do if you are in Sydney. Worth every dollar.
We had a fantastic climb yesterday. I have done a lot of travel with many guides but Victoria who led our tour was an absolute delight full of information and a true ambassador for Sydney .
The preparation, safety, equipment, staff professionalism and attitude is top notch. The attraction itself - a bit anticlimatic. Nearly four hours just to walk a couple of hundred of meters and climb a few ladders. The pace is super slow due to numerous photo stops where each member is potographed individually.
Such a great thing to do. Our guide Adam was a great story teller, funny and knowledgeable.
Spectacular views, highly recommended. Ali our tour guide was very nice and the weather was perfect.
What an experience! One feels as if one cannot make it, but it is well worth the fear beforehand! The guides are exceptional and make one feel safe and secure. The climb is not to steep for the fairly unfit like myself. Well worth the time and effort. Just do it!
It was great experience. The guide gave lots of stories about bridge and the near about area. The view is worth the effort to climb the bridge.
Excellent experience! They provide all the equipment and take care of everything. For example they provide sunscreen and hair bands in case you forgot or need them.
Do it if you can
Expensive but worth it
One of the best views os Sydney. In the winter The 2:15 climb was perfect to catch the sunset. And the climb itselfiss not hard at all.
Really fun experience. I would definitely recommend climbing at sunset if you can - the views are unreal.
Alhough it is a bit pricey and some reviews describe it as too touristy, I found this to be one of my best adventures in Sydney. Truly amazing views across a truly remarkable structure.
Very unique experience offering great views of the city! Loved the twilight climb
I did the twilight climb and loved it! The staff are really helpful and knowledgable about the bridge. There is a thorough safety process that you have to take part in before the climb but to be honest, your looped in from the beginning so there is no way you will fall.
Amazing! And the instructor Wes, was the best! So funny and knowledgable!! Really enjoyed
Did the 12:45pm climb on a Monday - what a treat, we were a group of just 4 guests. I'm guessing most people want to climb before or after lunch, so this was a sweet spot.
The entire experience is excellent, including how they prepare you, get you into your suit and harness, and do a practice before heading out. The attention to detail is impeccable. Be aware they do conduct a breathalyzer during the prep so save your cocktails for celebrating afterward.
The climb itself is very do-able and my legs were barely tired by the very end. The pace was enjoyable and allowed plenty of time to admire the views. Our guide Amy was friendly, knowledgeable and fun.
I was unsure if I should keep my yoga pants on under the suit and our guide suggested not to. Glad I followed her advice, the suit doesn't breathe well and it was quite warm at along the arch.
Well worth the investment. Highly recommended.
I got these pics while my brother was prepping inside to do the bridge climb, it was too dark by the time the group came out to start the climb, he said the climb was well worth it
