Great experience, but expensive price. If it's on your bucket list or money grows on trees for you, I highly suggest it. Staff were fantastic and our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. The view was incredible, but prepare yourself for heavy winds!

An absolutely fantastic experience, I had the climb bought for me for my birthday and would say to anyone give this a go. Great for families and people of all fitness levels.
Our climb instructor on the day was full of facts and laughs, his upbeat and engaging attitude along with the stunning scenery from the top of the bridge made this an unforgettable experience.
Good experience for the price. Friendly staff and the process is great for getting you ready. They do a lot to make you feel safe. A must do in Sydney.
Fantastic! Very interesting and fun. The staff were helpful and friendly and knowledgeable, especially my guide Jake. Really amazing being on top of the world
I would like to take this opportunity to thank this organisation for giving me a chance of a lifetime. I am visually impaired and did not think this climb was something I could achieve. I would especially like to thank Pete the Climb Leader for taking such good care of me. I had an amazing time. Thank you. regards Eileen McHale Scotland
Simply one of the best experience of my life. View on top is amazing, climbing the bridge while listening to your guide s comments is a great way to learn about Harbour bridge and Sydney. Very well organized.
Guides were very knowledgable and was a good climb! That being said if you want the view and to bring your camera you can do just the pylon museum and take the staircase up (that is around $35ish).
I had an early morning full summit walk with our lead Darlington (he rated 5 stars). The day is very efficient and safe but does feel a bit like you are in jail (line up here, these are you overalls, turn and face the person next to you, one at a time through the metal detector etc.). The walk itself is great, a balance of wonderful views and a lot of history (eg the opera house was based on an orange!). It s not too stressful (all 1400 steps) and you only need to be moderately fit. The reason I scored the experience 3 stars and not higher is purely down to value for money. At $333 dollars for 1.5 hour on the bridge (2 hours getting ready and removing the gear) plus another $29.99 for a basic picture (although you are encouraged to buy more) it is not great value for money. Yes you get a small group photo and a very very poor quality cap, but for me the money is just too much to warrant VFM.
Fabulous experience. Did the twilight climb having done a midday climb many years ago, and seeing the city lit up at night was fantastic. We were even lucky enough to see some fireworks (and don't they look different when looking from above?). It's a easy pace, no particular fitness required though coming down the other side can be hell on the knees. Great staff round the experience out. Highly recommended.
CANCELLED DUE TO COVID - Very disappointed with customer service. We pre-booked in good faith from the UK, seven months in advance for our once in a lifetime family holiday. The climb was due to happen on August 1. COVID-19 travel restrictions made the trip impossible. All the other Australian businesses we booked with in advance have been amazing, and offered us refunds except sadly Sydney Bridge Climb. They currently will only offer a credit note - and promises to reconsider have fallen empty. All I would say is don't book this trip in advance.
** UPDATE: Sept 18 2020 Sydney Bridge Climb are now processing a refund **UPDATE: Sept 25, 2020 - refund received
We did the climb on New Year s Day and it will remain a very memorable experience for us. The entire climb takes 3.5 hours of which a lot of time is spent gearing up and getting instructions. This might sound long and boring but the staff keep up an easy banter throughout the climb. Our guide Leah did a fabulous job, memorizing our names and making it a very informative and entertaining process. They take pictures at three different vantage points which you can purchase at the end. The climb itself is not very hard but may be challenging depending on the individual. The guides take good care to keep an easy pace so you will enjoy this no matter your fitness level. We are very glad we did this and highly recommend it!!
It took me years to get around (and the money) to doing the bridge climb and I only have to ask myslf why I didn't do it sooner? An amazing experience with spectacular views of the city from a completely different perspective. It definitely lives up to expectations. It is very expensive but worth it. You get all the safety gear and training so you won't get cold on the climb. The photo packags are overpriced but there are a few options to choose from for different budgets.
Nice short drive and weekend get away. Surprisingly, despite the freezing weather that weekend was very busy. We enjoyed the grilled salmon and barra at Lavendi and the trip to the lighthouse. The lighthouse might look like a distance away from the Novotel where I stayed but it s easily reachable with a 10 minute slow jog
The guide was funny and made it enjoyable. Was quite easy to scale and took our time admiring the architecture and scenery. Would recommend the first night climb if you are lucky enough to start quickly you do get the sunset as well as the city lights
Fantastic experience, even for someone who firmly believes humans are not meant to be anywhere other than the floor. Loads of facts and laughs on the way round. Staff make you feel incredibly welcome and put you at ease. And we saw THE most insane "moonrise". Utterly beautiful, and worth every penny.
Twilight climb was amazing, great sights, great experience and a stellar host/climb leader. A must-do for all ages. I didn't find it physically challenging at all. Safe, secure and well executed operation.
It is an extraordinary experience even for me as a Sydneysider. I am terrified of height, but I had no problem climbing because I felt very safe for the whole period. I purchased seven photos and a video for $65 to remember this exceptional experience. However, it was a massive disappointment in the quality of pictures as half of them was out of focus, especially the video was entirely out of focus. The lady at the counter only included 1 group photo when there were two photos taken on the bridge. For the amount of money spent to receive pictures, I expected to see better quality, but hugely disappointed.
A terrific and unique experience in Sydney. The team running this attraction are professional, well-trained, environmentally sensitive, fun. The safety system is impressive and very well designed. The views are spectacular. A top 10 things to do item for sure.
A fantastic bucket list few hours.... But WAY OVER PRICED for what you get. Hundreds of dollars and you still have to pay if you wish for any of the photos they take. (You get 1 free)
Best way to celebrate our Anniversary! Light rain never spoiled the amazing views and memories we had today. We had Patch as our guide and he was very entertaining and decent photographer. Would recommend to anyone wanting to see the city in a different view.
Greg was amazing. Very accommodating and professional and has made all the difference to our experience which hasnt even physically begun yet. He's a keeper!!!
People in here help you a lots !! Bridge tour guide is great!!! I really enjoyed climbing!!! You all have to climb once!!! You will like it!!! There is lots, types of climbing !!! So you can choose !!! Enjoy!!!!
An amazing experience! An absolute must if you're visiting Sydney. The views from the top are an unparalleled way of seeing the city, harbour and opera house. For those who are unsure of heights, it's definitely worth braving as you do not want to miss out on this one. A touch on the expensive side but well worth it.
One of the best things to do in Sydney is to get on top of the iconic harbour bridge to experience the majestic views & the exhilarating feeling of an adventure. Having a history lesson with a pinch of humor is a bonus. Just a bit too pricey though...
The experience as a whole was lovely. Hayley, our climbing instructor, was phenomenal. She made us all feel safe, and her extensive knowledge about the bridge and its surroundings was very impressive.
Had great views. The whole climb is photo based but you can't take your own camera. You must buy there well over priced pics. You climb up in full safety gear but guys in suits show up for the news with no safty gear phones and cameras. Its a money grab at its finest and will not be back.
A perspective you can get no other way on Sydney and the Harbour Bridge. Sunset or night climbs highly recommended for the view of city lights. Our guide Mitch was informative and hilarious.
This was a wonderful experience. Excellent guide. Very informative and friendly. Sensational views. Not hard to do and very well organised. It's a once in a lifetime must! Treat yourself you won't be disappointed.
You have to do this at least once. Being on top of the bridge gives you a 360 view of the beautiful harbour and Sydney and you also learn the history of how this icon came to be. Props to Ollie, the guide, for a great tour.
Had such a great time on our bridge climb! Our guide Mush was funny and informative, and knew so much about the bridge and the harbour/city in general. It was more fun than I thought it would.be honestly, and thr climb was not hard. They really go in depth will all the safety stuff beforehand, don't think we actually got out on the bridge for over an hour. Just remember you cannot bring any personal items along, that means no phones or cameras!
This is a must do if you have time in Sydney. There is very thorough preparation, you get fully suited up and the guide takes you out to the span. There is a catwalk section out from the departure point followed by the steep part of the climb up four steep ladder sections. This was not at all scary to me although my wife did find it a bit intimidating. You are tied on to a line and connected to your harness. Once up this section you then strike out to climb the arch itself all the way to the mid point, crossing over the center of the bridge to the other side then back to base from there. There are water stops at the beginning and frequent photo stops. Our guide John was very personable, hunerous and knowledgeable about the history of the bridge. He made us feel at ease and entertained. All in all an amazing experience that I have no reservations in recommending.
Amazing experience. Staff are very well trained and supportive. The set up is seem less and the guide knows a lot of history and facts about the Bridge and Sydney. Highly recommend.
Amazing views and well run tour. Staff were brilliant at their jobs of safety instruction and ensuring everyone was safe & comfortable with the heights and climbing. Our climb guide, Sam, was friendly and awesome at narration of details and stories about the bridge.. You can tell he loves his job.
This was on my list as soon I arrived in Sydney. Was I thankful I did it if not for the great exercise of climbing but for the great photos of the harbour. A must do if you visit and aren't afraid of heights.
Guide was knowledgeable and did a great job. The views from the top are one of a kind. We did the twilight climb and watched the sunset from the top. However, this is a very expensive activity.
Just about the best experience I have ever had...quiet a journey to get there and being canceled twice because of storms we got on the bridge at 11.30 and the guide"Guy" was the most informative and personable guide we could have got...considering the other two where just as lovely! Highly recommend doing the walk at night! Great atmosphere! ...great money shots ...for the facebook avatar!
An awesome experience lead by a very safety conscious and professional team. Thanks Shona for making the climb such and enjoyable experience....despite your cringeworthy jokes!!!!
Did the 9:05am climbed today April27, 2019. Paid $308 and guide and employees said photos were included so you dont bring your own gopro or camera. At the end to my surprise they wanted to charge you $60 more dollars for them. I cant say how disappointed and sad this made me, manager came by and said i was mistaken (and the employees who told me too). So no pictures as principles for false advertising and an agreement is stronger plus i dont want to remember such a sad and bad experience.
I m writing this as I just finished my climb. It is a breathtaking experience! I did the 6:25pm climb which is the last of the twilight climbs. This gives you a good daylight view on the way up and a great night view on the way down. I think taking a climb one slot earlier might be a little bit better. Weather was great and I wasn t cold during any part of the trip. Now finally the price... pictures included puts a firm 450$ tag on this experience which is a lot considering some parts of the trip could be more polished (like cleaning your own headsets at the end feels tacky at this price range), which is why I m rating this 4 out of 5 stars.
A short time walking up the bridge but take time for safety suit with all safety things you ll need in case of emergency or need help. An experience you may like.
I recommend the bridge climb! It s so engaging, factual, fun and worth the money. Our tour guide Furgus was so helpful and funny, and made the climb so special. For anyone considering, do it! It s a once in a lifetime experience, you will not regret it.
It s definitely a must-see and worth every penny. Our guide was funny and informative. She even made recommendations for spots to visit while we were in Aussie. The climb itself wasn t too bad either.
Absolutely loved the experience! Highly exceeded my expectations. We went on the bridgewalk with Pete and he was very thorough and entertaining! I initially dreaded a 3 hour walk but was entertained by all the stories told and the energy he put out. Loved the photos taken ! Pete went out of his way to make sure we took and retook great pictures in great places. Thanks for the good experience
Nowhere else in the world have I had an experience like this one. Well worth the cost, the climb to the top of the Sydney Harbor Bridge provides views unlike any others.
While during the day you can get great views, the nighttime vantage from the bridge is phenomenal.
