Coffee maker gives loud clicks in the filter assembly and overflows the basket with a flaky water-delivery rate to the basket. Calling Breville I twice got in well before they closed and waited a total of 2 hrs. Their webpage is full of bugs.

I have problems with one of my espresso machines. I made several calls and no answer. After several attempts, I finally spoke with a lady who was very stupid.

Today, I waited 3 hours online and still unanswered for information on the return!

I have had a new model BMF600XL / A milk frother since April 2018. Everything worked fine but for two weeks and randomly it does not stop foaming when the milk reaches its temperature causing an overflow if we are not attentive. Does anyone have this problem?

Have an unbelievably expensive juicer with only a few months of intermittent use on it. The driver for the basket completely piled but of course its off warranty. I would buy a new part (if they even have it) but they won't ANSWER THE PHONE !!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Wont buy from them again.

Absolute worst customer service experience of my life. After being hung up on several times, I finally managed to get a call back from customer service. But I have now been on hold for over an hour and a half after speaking to a rep who said they were not able to help me with my request. Shame on you Breville. For such a big company, you should take better care of your customers, this is unacceptable. What a waste of time. I will no longer be purchasing any more products from this company in the future. You have a lot to learn from Nespresso and the likes.

Bought a BOV450XL-Mini Smart Oven 4 months ago. Everything went and worked fine but after two months of usage the Toast function failed toasting only one side of the bread and the Reheat function re-heating at 220F instead of 270F as programmed.
Tried to contact Breville three(3) times on the phone and the wait time is so long I was never able to talk to anyone after 30 minutes of waiting each time at the end of the line. Thank You Breville

Oracle at $ 2800 unreliable. Unable to join support: waiting for hours, no call back, no answer online. Return of the machine in a box poorly protected (I had yet sent my machine in the original box). Doubtful repair, the amount of ground coffee is too big so it is almost impossible to insert the filter holder. I therefore join the many consumers disappointed by a Braille product.

Absolutely terrible!! Customer service does not care. They were very slow to respond and when they did, I was sent the wrong part. I wanted to return wrong part, but they would not respond and won't send me the part I originally requested.

Very good service. I have had two coffee grinders from them. Breville backs up their products, in my experience, and really work hard to make sure their customers are satisfied. I had a bit of trouble with the grind consistency and they took care of the problem quickly and with attention to detail - no cost to me.

It took me several attempts to talk to a customer service rep but eventually I was able to get assistance on my order. The rep was very helpful and was able to change my order so I would get the correct replacement parts for my espresso machine. I would have given a 5 star rating, but it did take long to get support.

Products are good! Customer Service is the worst I have seen, but that may be unfair to say as they haven't reached out back to me for a month. Called 7 times to no avail, emailed, messaged on Instagram and twitter, all to no avail. Great way to pretend nothing goes wrong with your products, don't allow customers to seek help. Well done, Breville.
Did this review 8 months ago and have tried one a month still to no customer service. It's hit a point its so poor its just funny.

You can... wait on hold for 55 minutes with no answer.

Email them, get an acknowledgement of your email, and then proceed to get no answer.

Do the call back (service?), And proceed to get no reply.

or use the website, and... Well, you get the point.

I had impeccable service with them. I had a minor break after the warranty date and it returned a $ 400 coffeemaker ..... no quibble anything in 2 days it arrives by mail. Thank you for the fast and efficient service. I will buy Breville and I recommend this company to everyone.

I bought a Breville mixer that was on sale. I noticed that when I turned it up to low-mid speed that the head moved up & down. I called the company and they told me - Oh thats normal. After futher inspection I discovered that it was flawed - the rotating part that holds the beater was off center and was causing the beater to bang into the bowl on the bottom - it was sold that way. Low life company. Don't buy from them - spend a little extra $$$ and buy a Kitchenaid. I am very sorry I didn't.

I purchased TWO Breville products early this year....

I purchased TWO Breville products early this year. One was to replace an older toaster oven that had some issues with a noisy convection which eventually stopped working altogether. The replacement oddly enough had a fan that worked BUT was very noisy like the bearing were shot. Phoned Breville Canada who were so busy that it bumped to the USA customer service department. They had the replacement in stock and were supposed to email me a shipping label and simultaneously send me a replacement once I put the item on my credit card. Took weeks for that to be sent only after a phone call. Eventually got the replacement several weeks later.
The second item was a microwave oven. We had a kitchenaid for almost 23 years that worked perfectly but was not the right colour yadayada . The Breville did match the other appliance but sounded like a jet taking off..... very very loud and steam built up between the inner and out glass. They agreed to replace it but swore new stock was coming in early July.. of course mid pandemic. OK cut them some slack. Come August our noisy, steamy yet perfectly matching microwave turns itself off. Phone Breville again and of course you must leave your number or else you will be on hold for hours. Got a return call and told them to man up and replace the oven even it is the larger one. NOPE no doing. We don't have that item in stock either. They agreed to replace it under warranty. I told him that you had already agreed to that so there's nothing new here except you doing have the product in ALL of Canada. They agreed to send me a shipping label to send this back prior to a new one.
Sorry pandemic or no pandemic... based on other google reviews pre pandemic this company seems to have a high failure rate even though their products are a premium price level of appliance. Really ... defective right out the box? People should stop thinking of them as high end because their stuff may look high end but their people support and limited availability make this company a lemon in my book.
Irony... our 23 year old MW oven still works perfectly and in fact works better than the Breville...

It's frustrating to have to wait in line for over ...

It's frustrating to have to wait in line for over half an hour and there's a lot of pressure to leave a message (they repeat it every 30 seconds). Not to mention the formula of the message modeled on English: "and your call will be answered by the next available agent" who grazes the ears each time. However, after all this time, I ended up leaving a message and I was immediately called back (mystery). The person who served me was very helpful.

I can t understand why Breville has gotten so much negative feedback. We have been buying Breville products (juicers) for almost 20 years and have found them to be of superior quality and their warranty policy excellent. Highly recommended!

Have a problem with the hot chocolate latte maker. They asked us to send it back to them and they will ship us a new one. After more then three months, we still didnt receive the new one and they never pick up the phone. After 40 minutes wait, no answer. Second attempt, 30 min, no answer. Very bad service. Will never buy from breville again!

I brought a piece of a juicer. Unfortunately, the company did not send me the right one. I tried in vain to call them. You have very bad customer service. We leave our phone number so that someone calls us back. No call back. S.V.P. remedy this situation because you will not buy a Breville machine anymore. We will buy at Cuisinart.

Absolutely despicable service, I will NEVER buy a breville product every again.

Called in for warranty an oven on April 23rd 2020, said replacement was being sent out and a return box. August 4th nothing.

They did however charge me 146$ on my credit card already. They move fast on that.

Both times I called, waited for more than 40 min+.

I bought the high end food processor (16 XL), and ...

I bought the high end food processor (16 XL), and I speak about it all the time to everyone around me. It's Literally one of the best thing I ever bought. After a year and a half the processing bowl broke (the small attach at the bottom).

I had an extended warranty because I bought it with a specific Credit Card, and they immediatly replaced the part and sent me a replacement in less than 24 hours after my ticket was created.

I would buy the other breville products without hesitaiton.
