I have been on the phone for an hour and a half finally guy picks up I explain the problem then he says he wants to pass me to an expert to help me and I m still waiting for another 70 minutes and they have closed and I m not sure if I should hang up or what????? Unbelievable spend 3k on a coffee machine and this is the type of support you get!!!! Totally ridiculous
