Rotten customer service

I brought a piece of a juicer. Unfortunately, the company did not send me the right one. I tried in vain to call them. You have very bad customer service. We leave our phone number so that someone calls us back. No call back. S.V.P. remedy this situation because you will not buy a Breville machine anymore. We will buy at Cuisinart.
