Absolute worst customer service experience of my life. After being hung up on several times, I finally managed to get a call back from customer service. But I have now been on hold for over an hour and a half after speaking to a rep who said they were not able to help me with my request. Shame on you Breville. For such a big company, you should take better care of your customers, this is unacceptable. What a waste of time. I will no longer be purchasing any more products from this company in the future. You have a lot to learn from Nespresso and the likes.
