I was looking for a wedding suit and then I was lucky enough to go to Breuninger. After I had a quick look around, a young man from the department spoke to me. To make it short. I felt absolutely in good hands. After briefly asking me what I need and what I am imagining, he understood exactly. The service was absolutely top. Although there was a lot going on, there was no stress. I was given several options to choose from and received extensive advice. (PS: The Breuninger has its own tailoring shop on the floor, where customization requests can be clarified directly on site. After the suit had been chosen, it went to the shirts. I was not just referred to the department as in some department stores (according to the motto they run through, then left, then right and ask mak for), but was accompanied. You noticed that the team on site also works perfectly across departments. So many thanks at this point. that the checkout staff had pointed out the customer card and the associated 10% one-off discount for the first purchase. Of course I took that with me. Conclusion: I can primarily only speak for the fashion sector, but if it works like that in all departments, if you do something specific needs, then hats off - just great and highly recommended.

This mall is HUGE, filled with fashion stores. Luxury brands like Chanel, Gucci, Chloe, Dior, Verses, Hugo Boss and many more have their stores in here. It also offers high street brands like Esprit, S. Oliver etc. There is a food court and the staff is really welcoming and friendly. What I dont like are the smaller walking spaces and small stalls in the corridors.
