I was looking for a wedding suit and then I was lucky enough to go to Breuninger. After I had a quick look around, a young man from the department spoke to me. To make it short. I felt absolutely in good hands. After briefly asking me what I need and what I am imagining, he understood exactly. The service was absolutely top. Although there was a lot going on, there was no stress. I was given several options to choose from and received extensive advice. (PS: The Breuninger has its own tailoring shop on the floor, where customization requests can be clarified directly on site. After the suit had been chosen, it went to the shirts. I was not just referred to the department as in some department stores (according to the motto they run through, then left, then right and ask mak for), but was accompanied. You noticed that the team on site also works perfectly across departments.
