This employee constantly "chats" me whether I should have noticed whether his friend has a blue tick on Instagram. After the fourth time, there was an answer from me asking if it was customary to get annoyed with so much nonsense here. I was insulted and threatened with beatings if I again disrespected the employee. I have often been a customer and even have a platinum card, but in Stuttgart I was in Breuninger for the last time.

Was on Friday there wanted to return a shirt I bought the day before. So far so good so I am at the first checkout where 2 employees were they served together a customer and paid attention to me and my buddy not even in the approach although far and wide no customer was there. 10 minutes later without the hello was said or at least a look contact we are to the next cash register, there 3 employees served the customers when they had worked on their customers and eig would be free are just gone and left a staff back of then alone 3 customers had to make and when I turned around these 2 employees were bored around in the area !! Now I was finally the employee told me I have to sign off, no problem to the next employee, who came to me first very unhappy and says so we take shirts back not eig because it had a few wrinkles in it, told him that I did not wrinkle it, he has me on it which surprised me very much. So finally out of the shop which I also noticed there were more employees than customers and the staff were eig only around in the area, and no one asked if he can help me! I have not even been treated that way in Sindelfingen.

Breuninger allows foxes, raccoon dogs, rabbits and mink to experience unimaginable suffering and end up as a sad pompom on a hat or a jacket collar. In doing so, they are supporting an industry that will kill around 100 million fur animals each year. Breuninger lets animals sift for their fur in tight cages under cruel conditions until they are finally beaten to death, gassed or electrocuted. For a small accessory on the jacket and a simple pompom on the hat, animals have to die an agonizing death. That must have an end! Therefore we demand: BREUNINGER, BECOME FUR FREE!

First of all, I know Breuninger from other cities and the main house was recommended to me by sellers.
We were there today and I felt it was the only disappointment, so I finally stopped shopping.
From the interior it reminds me a lot of the Kadwe in Berlin - shop in shop principle, the presentation here has varied a lot from neatly appealing to empty or mixed up. You had to look for the employees, if you found one, you are not really helped, but you are sent on because it is not your own department. I'm used to it differently, either an employee comes along or calls a colleague over the phone, simply "forwarding" is not acceptable at this level.
Exactly one employee said "hello", not everyone else, even though the department store was not overcrowded in the morning.
At the checkout, the employee didn't even look up, after we were now 5 customers, we were raised with an eyebrow and "Yes, please". Outrageous, I just can't think of another word.
All in all a very unattractive visit.
I have been a Breuninger customer for many years, I can only say that I certainly would not have been with this house.
