Oh dear, dear, it took me almost 1 hour to get 2 vouchers for a gift. First I was sent to the 4th floor by a seller and then after a waiting time of 35 minutes I was informed that payment can only be made with a Breuningercard. Then I went to the second floor to wait another 20 minutes.
Power failure or not, in such cases you have to staff the other checkouts with more staff. Badly organized.
