I used mobile check-in for my room and it was ready several hours early! The hotel staff are very friendly. The room was clean spacious. The bathroom while not huge was setup perfectly with the sink outside of the shower and toilet. Super conviet for getting back on 287 or heading over to the capital theater.

My wife and I stayed June 5th through 7th, 2015. On the way, driving through that section of Rye, with its industrial look, cheap strip malls, poor housing, and laundromats with fat women and their children on the sidewalk, I feared the worst. Fortunately, after all that, we found the Courtyard to be an oasis.
Outside, the grounds were beautifully kept. Unfortunately, parking is barely adequate. Two (unused) electric car recharging stations take up 3 of the best spaces, and unless you luck out, you will park 100 yards from the entrance. The door to the pool area doesn't close properly. The "keys," often a problem, worked perfectly. The hallway carpeting, with weird, African-style stripes, was not to my liking. The rooms had shortcomings. I prefer overhead lighting, but instead there were area lamps, converted to fluorescent, which threw out little light. The TV channels changed slowly. The dial on the iron was illegible. The waste baskets were too small. The bathroom was the worst part of the suite. The lighting was inadequate for putting on make-up. There was no carpet to step on when exiting the shower. The shower head wouldn't stay where it was directed. There was no shelf for shampoo, etc. There was no vent, generally required by building code. There was no heat lamp, or the equivalent, to take the chill off, coming out of the shower. Still, with its cleanliness, the TV, the fridge, the coffee maker, the iron and ironing board, a perfectly functioning heater/AC unit, and the wi-fi, the suite was adequate.
To make up for some shortcomings, there was an outstanding staff, from LaShanda, Sean and others at the front desk, the custodial staff and the maids. All were super friendly and helpful. They are all "keepers."

We had a pleasant stay, it was a family emergency and luckily they found us a room. The first night I experienced allergies in the hall and room, spoke with the front desk in the morning and when we returned that night, no allergies

Do not stay here is you need an accessible room. I am a below knee amputee who often times is in a wheelchair or when in my prosthetic can t do stairs quickly. The beds are too high to get in, the shower chair is located at the other end of the tub so you can t reach the water controls or hand held shower. They mounted the body wash and shampoo in pumps on the wall above the faucet so that s out of reach as well.
My room was the second floor, so Incase of an emergency i would have to take the stairs and furthest away from the elevator from the lobby. They have moved the handicap parking from the front closest to the door and replaced it electric car charging. The handicap spot I had to use was located in the back of the building! I was close to a sidewalk.
When I spoke with the staff they said they know they hear it all the time but the management does not care. And it shows!! I spoke in an email to the manager and he said ... for your information our rooms meet code.. which is much different than meeting ADA compliance. I travel with large groups of handicap athletes and I will make sure all (up to 50 at a time) of us stay somewhere else.

We got the king room with sofa bed. Great room would of been nice if they included a microwave included in the room especially for the price of one night. Pool is pretty good. Also would be nice if breakfast was included with the stay

A nice hotel on the Rye / Port Chester border. Clean with a decent restaurant. The room was clean and recently rennovated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Forgot my chrome book and called to inquire and the staff was fast and helpful to inform me they had it and it would be waiting for me when I stopped by later. Made my day that it was so easy to retrieve it.

Stayed here for two nights, we requested to change rooms after being assigned to a handicapped room with some minor issues (we got in very late, there were probably no other rooms available). The front desk agent quickly changed us to a new room the next morning and was very friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff at the bistro were also very friendly and efficient, despite a decent amount of people placing orders.

I spent one night at this property. My room was a King room, with a comfortable easy chair and foot stool. The desk chair was nice, with a padded seat and mesh back. All items in the room worked properly, and we're in good repair. My room included a fridge. Staff was very friendly at all touch points. Fitness center was small, but functional. Two Life Cycle treadmills, an elliptical, and a bench with dumbbells was provided. Breakfast was the usual Courtyard fare. A hibachi/sushi restaurant is less than a quarter mile away.

It was ok. Expensive for the quality. Location was close to the wedding venue. Front desk seemed confused when we tried to put an order in for the bistro even though the menu said to explicitly do that. We had to spell out items on the bistro menu. Food was lukewarm by the time we got it.

My wife and i stayed there mid of August 2015 for 3 days. It wasn't all that great but not as bad as some others we stayed at. No breakfast provided at all. No room service food order of any kind. House keeping was ok but kept forgetting extra towels all 3 days.

Great room & excellent customer service, no fuss, no muss! Conveniently located right next to downtown Port Chester, with plenty of amenities within walking distance. Would certainly go back if we are ever in the area again, the Boognish flew high that night...

Poorly managed. Elevator # 1 Broken for over 12 hrs before I checked out and 2 was intermittent. And my room key did not permit me to re-enter the building. And finally no complimentary coffee in the lobby. Even much less expensive hotels at least give you that.

Typical Courtyard located on the border of Rye and Port Chester. The hotel has easy access to I95 and 287. It's a short drive to downtown Port Chester. In recent years the Port Chester downtown area has undergone a transformation with numerous upscale dining options and a lively bar scene. So this is a good location for business and leisure travelers.
