Free battery replace is very nice but when they break one of the hands off when replacing said battery its a "lower end watch" watch retails for over 300$ its no rolex but thats not the point. Then refuse to fix it....highly disappointed will not go there again

My original wedding ring set was designed by my husband and I truly treasured it. The idea of separating each piece of it and having several additional pieces to f jewelry was exciting yet worrisome because it meant it would never be the same. The designers at Bremer did an incredible job utilizing my 3 diamonds and even the gold setting and creating earrings, a necklace and an infinity bangle bracelet that went beyond my expectations. Michelle has gone over and beyond helping us find all of our jewelry. She spent many hours helping Corey pick out the right Asscher cut diamond for my engagement ring. I m absolutely in love with my ring and appreciate all the hours spent helping him pick it out.

My fiance and I went in looking for a band for him. We had some ideas of what we wanted, but due to recent hospital stays for my daughter we were on a tight budget. Our sales representative was great showing us many options. We also had several size changes and two rings fixed. We were very pleased.

In a world full of shady diamond dealers it s nice have honesty and integrity like Bremer still around!

They made me feel so special when they brought out this ring box with a bow on it. I gave them a gold watch I had as a child and they made a ring out of it. It was exactly as I had envisioned. Working with the professional staff was a delight.

Purchased a beautiful ring for my girl friend which was a lot less than other jewelry stores were trying to sell there's for. I didn't really need a lot help with the diamonds because I know everything about them but they confirmed everything which made me feel better about buying it. Last Saturday while we picking up our wedding bands and looking at samples in the men s cases, two other female representatives were rude and pushed us aside while we were actively comparing their selection.

Our engagement journey is quite different than most. By the time we were even ready to take the first step into a jewelry store, we were already together for 10 years. We saw some gorgeous rings, but couldn't find just what we wanted so Bremer staff offered to get us a quote directly from the designer on a custom ring. When that came back WAY out of our price range their staff expertly helped us get what we wanted in the price range we needed by making our ring themselves. We designed the ring together and that design was on file with them for over a year and during that time we were never pressured to pull the trigger. We knew it would be there when we were ready. 2.5 years after we first stepped foot in Bremer we have our ring and it turned out better than we ever could have imagined!!! Want to see? My wife has always wanted a third ring to go with her wedding set. For our 25th Anniversary this year I decided to get her one. We went to Bremer's and she found a ring she really loved. The gentleman, Alex, who helped us was incredible. He was extremely knowledgeable and never rushed my wife as she tried on many rings. He explained things about the different rings and made the experience extremely pleasant. He also explained how we should have the 3 rings combined so nothing would come loose by them bumping into each other. I will be shopping at Bremer's from now on for all our jewelry needs.

Kevin helped my husband and I with engagement rings over a year ago and then helped us pick out our wedding bands a few months ago. He did an incredible job making us feel comfortable and finding us the rings of our dreams. When my husband first told me we were going to look at Bremer, I was worried about our budget, but Kevin was accommodating (without being pushy) and helped us find perfect rings within our budget. We both left engagement ring shopping thinking "Wow, we want to give them our business" because everyone was so kind and helpful. Going to other jewelers in Peoria just didn't give us the same experience. It seemed like Kevin genuinely wanted to get to know us over the course of the last year. Over the course of several months, we worked with Kevin Smith to
re-purpose several pieces of jewelry. As a result of his design and Eric's creations, my wife has several beautiful pieces. Kevin's experience, creativity and attention to detail (not to mention his patience) was delightful. Eric's interpretation of these designs netted lots of smiles and excitement. We will definitely work with Kevin and Bremer's again.

When I came in to Bremer I was skeptical that I would be able to have done what I wanted, it was a difficult request. I had two rings that were given to me by my mother-in-law and wanted the shank of one to be transferred to the other. The metals weren t the same, the center stone setting on one of the rings was cracked, the the shank I wanted to use had intricate details, plus I needed the ring sized up about 7 sizes which would require gold to be added (my MOL has small hands, I don t). Multiple other jewelers had told me it wasn t possible or that it would cost more than I was willing to spend. AJ at Bremer looked and confidently told me he could do what I asked and in a price range I couldn t turn down. My ring is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. You can t even tell that it was originally two rings. I m so thankful for Bremer Jewelry and Michelle and AJ and the care they took with something so important to me! I feel like I ve created a family heirloom that I will be able to pass on to my daughter or daughter in law one day.

I received a promise ring for Christmas (which I absolutely love) but it was just a little bit too big for my ring finger. Because I didn't want to risk losing this gift, I began searching for jewelry stores in the area that sell/repair Pandora rings. Since I've never had a ring resized before, I had a few questions, and so I used the Contact Us page on the Bremer website to submit my name and questions. Since I submitted my questions so late in the evening, I was not expecting a response until at least the next day. Much to my surprise, I received a responding email within an hour of submitting my questions. Ashley (the first person I corresponded with) was extremely helpful. She walked me through finding the information on my ring (it was a gift so I had to look up the specifics) and my options as far as resizing went. With her help, I decided to resize my current ring instead of replacing it with a new one in my size (I'm sentimental and I'm a college student so I won't be in the area long enough to wait for a new ring to be ordered). Next, I traded emails with Aaron, who helped me find a time to go to the store and informed me on costs (resizing was much cheaper here than I expected, which is always a plus). Two days later, I finally had time to go to the actual store. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Within minutes, I was speaking with someone and filling out paperwork. I would say the whole process took around ten minutes, and I had to have my finger sized since I haven't had an accurate measurement in about three years. I dropped the ring off two days ago, and it is promised back to me within the week. I had such a positive customer service experience at Bremer Jewelry that I doubt I will ever go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. I definitely recommend them!

Their radio ads say it about why you are here and not how much you spend. It's a great philosophy that they defiantly take to heart. They just care so much about you as a person, even on your first visit. I will never go to another jewelry store. I would travel back to peoria just to purchase jewelry at Bremer.
