The crew at Bremer Jewelers was very polite and professional. My husband and I explained that we wanted our rings resized. I also expressed interest in upgrading my Hearts On Fire engagement ring. The staff was very receptive and accommodating. We were offered something to drink and they invited us to look around while they appraised our ring. They gave us a very generous offer and then worked with us finding the most incredible ring that still fit in our budget. We left an hour and a half later after picking out a ring that we both loved. We were all smiles!
