I received a promise ring for Christmas (which I absolutely love) but it was just a little bit too big for my ring finger. Because I didn't want to risk losing this gift, I began searching for jewelry stores in the area that sell/repair Pandora rings. Since I've never had a ring resized before, I had a few questions, and so I used the Contact Us page on the Bremer website to submit my name and questions. Since I submitted my questions so late in the evening, I was not expecting a response until at least the next day. Much to my surprise, I received a responding email within an hour of submitting my questions. Ashley (the first person I corresponded with) was extremely helpful. She walked me through finding the information on my ring (it was a gift so I had to look up the specifics) and my options as far as resizing went. With her help, I decided to resize my current ring instead of replacing it with a new one in my size (I'm sentimental and I'm a college student so I won't be in the area long enough to wait for a new ring to be ordered). Next, I traded emails with Aaron, who helped me find a time to go to the store and informed me on costs (resizing was much cheaper here than I expected, which is always a plus). Two days later, I finally had time to go to the actual store. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Within minutes, I was speaking with someone and filling out paperwork. I would say the whole process took around ten minutes, and I had to have my finger sized since I haven't had an accurate measurement in about three years. I dropped the ring off two days ago, and it is promised back to me within the week. I had such a positive customer service experience at Bremer Jewelry that I doubt I will ever go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. I definitely recommend them!
