Amazing car wash, waited for the greeter for a minute but everything else was amazing! Highly recommended, ask for Sergio, the manager. He always helps me

I paid $50 for what? They didn t put any freshener in my car, I paid for the best package but my car was done in a considerably less amount of time than many others. My car was still DIRTY. I wasn t expecting all of the bug spots to be gone, but any actual dirt, I did expect to be cleaned. I was very disappointed since this place came highly recommended. I could ve done this myself for $11 at the do it yourself wash.

Short staffed, so there was an hour and a half wait. Great job on my vehicles. Sheena is great!!

I visited Breezy's Car Wash with my Mom today. This is one visit to Breezy's that I will never forget. Gina and Sheena were my Car Wash Angels today. I first met up with Gina inside the shop at Breezy's. I told her about my childhood fear of car washes. I became a bit emotional while talking with Gina. I almost broke out in tears, so she offered me a tissue. As my Mom and I waited outside the shop for our car to emerge from the car wash, Gina came out to me, asked me my name, and thanked me for telling her my story. After it came out of the car wash, Mom and I walked with Sheena to our car. I was on Sheena's right side, and Mom was on her left. Sheena asked me my name, and gave me a big Holiday Hug! I would like to thank Gina and Sheena for their warm and caring hospitality :)

I have been to Breezy s many times and I highly recommend it for a carwash/detail. I brought my car in today and the service advisor (Brandon Riley) was exceedingly kind and informative. It is very clear he and the other staff care about customer satisfaction first and foremost. Also, in the very rare situations that something with the wash/detail can be improved, Breezy s employees never fail to make it up to you in a timely manner when you confront them with the issue. I m repeatedly impressed with the customer service here and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Nice greeters getting you squared away on what you need or want it all seemed to flow very nice, my truck was nice and clean. And the people finishing doing the wheels and windows and drying did a good job too.

I'm done with this place! I have been here before & have received decent service. Today, I pulled in & asked what I needed to get for thorough inside & out & was told that the $20 wash was only vacuuming of the inside, that if I wanted the inside cleaned I'd have to go for the $25 wash, but that also came with the triple foam wax. So I got the $25 one.
I watched the car go through & NO FOAM wax was ever applied. There were still bugs on the front of the car & I was told that bug removal was an additional $5. I pointed out the brake dust still on the wheels & was told that was extra too. The inside have barely been vacuumed (still sand on the carpet & none of the cup-holders or door pockets were vacuumed) & nothing on the inside had even been wiped. Windows were streakier than when I brought it in. All of this took over an hour! Just terrible & a waste of money.

I have been going to this car wash for several years and several owners they seem to have a problem possibly with employees. By the time you pay for your wash tip out front if you've got a decent Car Wash you spent 32 $40 I live there with dirt in my console dog drippings on my front dash and I buy the VIP package I think I'm going to look for a new car wash. I spoke with the manager and the owner. At which time we agreed that I would come back Inn they would redo my car at no cost and guarantee me that that is how it will look every time from now on. Although the owner who told me he would be there and supervise himself he was not on the premises his manager Sergio took care of it. I thank him for the rewash of a VIP wash

This car wash sucks. They don't know how to wipe the interior Vehicles down properly. They get wax on your windows and say that the door wiping was not a part of your your $24 purchase. They leave the interior of your car still Dusty. They also adjust your seat so that you can't get back in your car and drive the right way. If I go to a car wash and you adjust my seat I'm never coming back to you again. Please stay away from the stupid car wash they're incompetent and they don't know how to do a good job total waste of money

I love this car wash Shawn always does a excellent job on my car e everytime. I never have any complaints. Shawn makes sure cars are done right. I recommend this car wash.

I used to have someone come to our home weekly or bi-weekly to hand wash our Range Rover. When our regular guy wasn't available anymore I drove over to Breezy's Car Wash to see if they could hand wash my vehicle. Luckily for me they offer that service and I've been a VERY happy customer of theirs for the past 4 months! I request Sergio every time I go. He knows when i'm coming and takes excellent care of my Range Rover! He pays attention to detail - I love that because I am very picky and like things a certain way.
The customer service at Breezy's is top notch! They know me and my white Range Rover when I pull up and are checking me in/ticket before I even get out of my vehicle. The owner Bruce and his family really know how to treat their customer's and make them happy! I won't go anywhere else.

I have tried this place too many times. Every time I go back I think it just CAN'T be bad AGAIN, right? I thought eventually I'd get a decent wash/vacuum. Nope. I have NEVER had a wash to my satisfaction and I'm NOT AT ALL PICKY.

One visit was a $50 wash, specifically purchased for the interior detail vacuum and wipe down.
When I was called to my "finished" car, the open door showed the jam was full of black scuff Mark's, and had not been wiped at all. The space between the seats and the console were not vacuumed. None of the dash had been wiped at all, there was still dust and ashes all over the radio and dash. The space between the seats and the doors had not been vacuumed. Etc etc.
I had to point out each thing wrong to the point that they were just waiting for me to tell them what to wipe.
The ticket said I had special requested a particular worker and I had not.
I spent $100 inside Buying air fresheners and cards etc. So after $150 I was outside telling professional car detailers how to detail my car. I knew something was wrong when they said it'd be about 45 mins and 10 minutes later it was "ready".
This is just 1 of SEVERAL bad experiences. I hate having to drive to another zip code to get a decent car wash, every time, but I will never make the mistake of thinking it'll be convenient to try them again.
When I call to complain no one answered the phone, my guess is that the girl was outside smoking cuz that's all she talked about was not wanting to be there & wanting a cigarette.

They have never satisfied this customer!

I went to this establishment this morning with my mother to have our car washed and it was the worst experience we ve ever had. She drove up and a gentleman with tattoos and a beard (I m describing him because I didn t get his name) asked her what we d like. My mother asked for something basic for $24.99, but he stated she d need a waxing as well (because of mold or tree sap) and said he could do the choice listed for $44.99 and have it last for 30 days, or the choice for $99.99 and have it last for 6 months. He stated if she chose the former, he d include something with VIP in the name. My mother chose the former, but her receipt showed the latter choice of $99.99. When she tried to have it corrected, he argued with her and stated that the mold/tree sap would not come off unless she paid for the more expensive option - which is more than our family can afford, thus why she chose the cheaper option. He finally corrected it and we waited for our car. When we received it, the inside looked like as if it hadn t been vacuumed and the dashboard touchscreen was not wiped. Not only this, the antenna was still removed and, for some reason, on the driver s seat instead of the front of the car. After we had left and were running other errands, we also noticed the driver s seat floor mat was missing. We checked the whole car and called the establishment, but were told they didn t see it but would call us if they found it. All in all, we spent $50 and lost a floor mat and left with a car barely looking washed. This was absolutely not worth the price we paid and we will not be returning as customers.

Although the beginning of the service is not very welcoming ( still wondering if the employees that begin the process can speak or even smile). The young men at the end of the journey ( who do the final detailing) are always working hard and have kind words and a smile. My car looks awesome. Really need to work on the customer service. I will be back, but not if the lack of customer service continues.

In that place they treated me the screen of my car and nobody responded and they were delayed with one hour and twenty minutes to leave the dirty car inside ... BAD SERVICE

Damaged the control centers on both front seats of my Lincoln MKs. This car was pristine when I got there. Now I have several hundred dollars in damage. Contacted owner/manager and he denied everything. Refused to accept any responsibility. Do not go there if you value your car.....

45 minute wait on a slow day. Probably a couple of hours when it is busy. Good quality wash. The new owners are cutting corners with the staff.

Friendly people and amazing service. My car was covered with messy dead bugs from the long drive down I75. It came out of Breezy's sparkling clean as if it just came from the dealer showroom. I couldn't ask for more from a reasonably priced car wash & detailing shop. Definitely recommend!

Brandon is the man ! Always the first one to greet me! Gets me in and out quick! Those who complain... need to wash their car by hand and see how long that takes.

I travel to the Bradenton area about twice a year from NC. Needless to say the long trips filled with fast food bags and drink bottles add up along with the bugs and tar from long trips. I have used Breezy's several times now and am always left thoroughly impressed with the service and keen eye for spots missed by other washes. The interior detail crew are second to none and the exterior always looks like a new car when they are done. Thank you so much for the continued service!!!!

I got my husband a gift card for his birthday from here but the cashier forgot to give me the card! They took care of the problem just in time

This place is by far the best car wash I have ever went to in Bradenton!!! Their staff is wonderful and and very friendly and does a great job!! But I want to take the time and say Brandon by far was terrific!! He went above and beyond with all of my service's and I am truly grateful!! Definitely will be back and will be recommending to all my family and friend's!!

THIS PLACE SUCKS NOW!!! I was coming here for a while and when the new management took over they ruined it. The worst car washes every, the front young lady who takes your money sits on her phone and is not friendly at all, the employes are not friendly either, except for one guy who greets you and then its all down hill from there. The ruined my seat (2017 Toyota) and then had the balls to tell me to come back another day to get it cleaned this place is trash and employes are lazy!! DO NOT COME HERE you can do a better job washing it yourself!!!

Did a great job except they washed my brand new truck with the back window open and soaked the interior. I love spending 45 bucks to have them ruin my interior, which unfortunately, a refund does not fix. I do however appreciate the owner taking the time out of their day to log in and insinuate that I'm lying.

Kudos to Edwin for making my bumper look new again after buffing out some marks/scratches!

Paid for the VIP with extras and they did a horrible job, i could have done better myself for half the price which i will be doing next time. Used to be a great car wash, not sure what happened.

Aside from "waiting" for an attendant for 5 minutes, then taking my money and telling me it would be another 3-4 minutes (7) there was no one in line until I was told to get in line, then there were 2 cars. Add an additional 15 minutes to that. So now its been well over 30 minutes. Whatever happened to the 10 minutes, you pay and you are on your way? Express wash? Nope!

Between Bradenton and Palmetto THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION if you want your ride washed and detailed RIGHT for the $. I am a manager in the service industry, and I must say, the managers Sergio and Eduin are DEAD SERIOUS about their jobs. Sergio acted phenomenally as a Service manager getting me EXACTLY what I wanted and nothing I asked was too much for him. Eduin and his team had the attention to detail that is truly missing at the other car washes in the area. After scouring my car (and baby seat) they did such a thorough job, I didn't have to be a jerk and ask them to go back over things. I couldn't be happier with the speed, service, and detail oriented work of the PROFESSIONALS at Breezy's on 41!

Had a detail done by Truck today and i am very impressed. When I received my car I was shocked. My car looked brand new.

Did a great job of detailing our 2010 Malibu inside and out. We got the "Ultimate Detail Package " and even the engine looks like new now! They did miss the chrome around the license plate and the side mirrors though,but still an awesome job! Brandon is awesome and so is the rest of the staff.

Not like it was in the past. The last owner had it together. To much talking, then loosing track of what they were doing. Anyway will give them another shot at it.

They did a horrible job on my car they didn't even clean it well. It had mud on the bottom left and right side of the car and I had to wipe it off. The interior wasn't even clean at all. Horrible customer service. Never coming back again. I would rather go to Blue Dolphin Car Wash.

Worse Carwash ever been! Took an hour to do a basic wash to a Toyota Corolla. If you value your time do not waste it at this place.

I have my Range Rover hand washed at Breezy s car wash every week or every other week. They are the BEST! Very friendly staff! They pay attention to detail and I like that. I m a repeat customer and I highly recommend breezy s car wash!

Best car wash around. Gets my car the most clean out of any other car wash in bradenton and the staff here is awesome! They show they really care abkut your car and experience! AND THEIR UNLIMITED PACKAGES cant be beat!

The $7.99 + tax was is pretty marginal. I've had worse, but I won't be back. 8:42 am and the wipe down cloths were dirty, so smeared windows are disappointing.

I feel like I was lucky to have Perry detail my car and he did an amazing job...much better than I thought could be done..my car was a mess...now looks great. Overall the company itself seems to have some coordination issues...they had my car for over 5 hours and told me it would only be 2-3... luckily I showed up at the end of the day and only had to wait 30 mins. This place had good reviews but I have to say that if the tech hadn't done such a good job, I would rethink coming here. I am going to try them again...hoping they work things out.

So-so... with the new management over the past year the quality has gone down and they need to push it up several notches.

It's ok just depends on if they're feel doing a complete job.

I went to Florida for vacation and stopped by this great place for a detail and carwash service, i was very surprised how quick the were but i was very impressed with Richard the guy that took care of my car, he was very polite and respectful

I like the work that they do however it's really hard to watch the blonde female manager constantly picking on the employees. This is the third time I've been sitting there watching people happily working only to have that woman come out to turn everybody's happy faces into frowns. I don't know what she saying to them but she should stay inside and leave those hard workers alone

Not sure they cleaned the inside of my windows. If they did, they were left streaky. Also, many drip spots they missed towel drying at lower 8-10" of car.

Love how my car turned out! I got the clay bar wax service done by Bone. It did take around an hour for them to finish but the level of quality is the best I have seen. I will come back when I need a wash.

First time trying this car wash. I bought the 'Wheel Deal' which which involved a vacuum, windshield clean, car wash with the wax, tire cleaning and much much more. The staff was very friendly. I sat outside and watched the staff. They all worked hard even though it was hot out. Austyn detailed my civic and did a great job. He was jumping around from car to car but was very thorough. It's refreshing to see people work so hard and still have a smile on their face. I appreciate Austyn and his time. I will be back again.

I would give this place negative stars if I could... I took in my 2016 Audi A6 a few weeks ago to have the carpets cleaned... the drivers side carpet was destroyed from aggressive unprofessional cleaning, and to top it off there was still soap in the carpet. I brought the car back, and was told someone would contact me... I ve yet to be contacted or compensated for this company trashing my vehicle. Do not trust these people with your vehicles, they will be destroyed and they won t accept responsibility for their actions. I ve filed a complaint with the BBB, it's not surprising this place has NO accreditation.

Breezy's car wash is the best a wash and hand towel dry for only 4.99 and they do a great job and a friendly staff. They also offer top of the line car wash. I made this review two years ago. since then The new owner has a horrible disposition, she is very RUDE and not friendly at all. I'll never go back there again. Prices has increased.

0000000 Had cleaned my headlights prior to coming in to having the car washed.
When they had the car finished I went to the front of the car to inspect, and found the headlights with streaks (cleaning solution from car wash) throughout the surface. Told if I wanted them cleaned it would cost me $50. Owner agreed. Will never return to this place, rude, said my car was older and that is why they came out of the carwash all dirty. I am still upset about the treatment they gave me, and they didn't even offer to wipe or clean the headlights without an exhorbitant charge of $50. If you go there make sure you take a picture of your car before and after they "clean" it!!

Highly recommended this place to take your car to get detailed. I took my car today and the detailer Eduin was very kind and left my car spotless! I m very impressed with the customer service he gave and I will definitely take my car and recommend my associates to take their cars as well.

You would think that when you go to an express carwash and pay top dollar to get their best package, they could atleast wipe out your cup holders and the middle console that you made sure to empty out! And forget about the rubber mat in the back of your suv! They will just vaccuum around it...what a joke. Possibly the worst carwash I've had

charged $5 not $4.99 as advertised, the last time i was double charged. They are one of the better carwashes but they have room to step it up alot. Ps really hate how they scrub my paint with the same brush they just washed the wheels and bumper of the car before me, that kills the paint

Travelled from Connecticut to Sarasota,FL and this place washed and detailed our lifted ram truck fast and to a perfect shine . So happy !
